Vacation rentals with a patio in Sporades

Haroula was the perfect host meeting us at the ferry and holding our luggage until check in. She gave us a great overview of the place, restaurant recommendations and places to see. She left sweet treats for us and made sure our time there was special celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary! The town is walkable and wonderful to explore. We rented a car and drove easily all over the island. The best part about To Nissi is THE VIEW! You won’t find a better view. We could have just stayed there staring out all week. Just stunning!

Καθαρό, όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε μία πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Τα διάφορα δωμάτια είναι όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Από τα πιο δυνατά στοιχεία του σπιτιού είναι το μπαλκόνι από το οποίο μπορείς να απολαύσεις την θέα όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετική, μας παρέλαβε από το λιμάνι ώστε να μην ταλαιπωρηθούμε με τις βαλίτσες μας και μας έδωσε προτάσεις σχετικά με τα διάφορα μέρη που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε κατά την παραμονή μας στο νησί.

Το σπίτι όπως ακριβώς ήταν στις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο, ο κύριος Τάσος εξυπηρετικότατος! Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, ακριβώς δίπλα από το κέντρο, παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος… Θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανα!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig, man hat viel Platz draussen zu sein. Filitsa war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn etwas war.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione/foto con una vista splendida sulla baia di neo klima.Posizione ottima vicinissima alle più belle spiagge dell’isola, con a disposizione nelle immediate vicinanze ogni tipo di servizio (supermarket, farmacia, bakery). Ci ha accolti Katerina dandoci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano e rispondendo sempre ad ogni nostra richiesta, gentilissima. Appartamento pulitissimo, ogni due giorni provvedono al cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani. Se tornassi qui a Skopelos soggiornerei sicuramente di nuovo qui.

The house is in a quiet part of skopelos, but a 10-15 min walk from the port and the city centre. The place looked exactly like in the pics, and was really nice and clean! Definitely recommended to stay!

The place is amazing…. incredibly modern, with trendy decor that feels fresh and stylish. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, is thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that's both comfortable and visually appealing. The view is absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire place spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the property in perfect condition. The location couldn't be better—everything you need is within easy reach. We were met by Nikos who graciously carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommended!

Excelente alojamiento, nos sentimos como en casa, desde el prime momento, nos estaban esperando en el puerto y nos acompañaron hasta la casa, tanto Sophia como Manolis siempre pendientes ante cualquier duda, la casa es hermosa y tiene todo lo necesario, a unos minutos del centro

Όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, σε αρκετά κοντινή απόσταση από Βόλο και Πήλιο. Πολύ πρακτικό το ότι στον εσωτερικό χώρο τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε ξεχωριστό όροφο.

Villa Ohlive is tucked away high up on the island. The drive up can be a bit nervy but the view when you get there is incredible. If you have kids that want to party in the old town and catch a taxi back just a reminder it’s around 50euro per trip. The villa is a piece of heaven to escape from the heat and hustle and bustle after a day of sight seeing.

the property is located in a wonderful location in the center of Skopelos, it is quiet here and at the same time it is only a short distance from all the bars, cafes and restaurants... great terrace for sitting in the evening, the whole property is well and tastefully equipped, we are completely satisfied👍... Manolis is incredibly nice guy and provided everything we needed immediately. Everything at a very professional level. Manolis, thank you for a great few days, you are the right person and made us feel at home...thank you. I highly recommend this amazing property

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

So eine gemütliche und tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt, das Häuschen ist sehr minimalistisch und durchdacht eingerichtet. Wir haben wunderbar ruhig geschlafen und die kleine Terrasse eignet sich perfekt zum Essen oder Verweilen. Von dort aus kann man auch den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Emma ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ein Auto/Quad/Roller ist sinnvoll, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden.

Argalasti is centrally located for nice exploration around the Pelion Peninsula. The house is private, comfortable, clean, with a convenient location to town. The hosts was responsive to my questions and gave really directions to the house. Check in and check out was easy. They keep the house warm in the winter, so it was a cozy space with plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen has minimal staples, so be prepared to buy all your own for cooking.

Tolle Aussicht auf Meer und Inseln von allen Zimmern (nur ein Schlafzimmer Blick auf Olivenbäume vorne raus) Grandiose Aussicht von Terassen - überdachte Essterrasse mit Tisch ca. 8 Personen, Loungeterrasse mit Markise (dort auch Waschmaschine mit Pods) Oberste Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und 180 Grad-Blick nach Skiathos, Evia & viel Meer +++ toller Sternenhimmelblick! Alle Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet- Leselampen am Bett, genug Steckdosen, alle mit Klimaanlagen und Moskitonetzen - kaum Mücken wg. leichte Brise. 2 gepflegte Bäder - Duschgel & hochwertige Handtücher für alle. Ausserdem Bambusmatten & weitere Strandaccessoires zu leihen - sehr praktisch und nett! Fussweg kurz vor Bushaltestelle strassenabwärts gut zu gehen- aber Auto für Einkäufe und Touren notwendig! Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Οροφοδιαμέρισμα πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο του Βολου και πσραλληλα σε ησυχη περιοχη. Ανετο που μας εκανε να νιωθουμε σν το σπιτι μας. Η οικοδέσποινα μας υποδεχτηκε, οχι σαν ενοικιαστες αλλα σαν αγαπημένους συγγενείς της. Πραγματικά η σταση της απέναντί μας ηταν συγκινητική. Την ευχαριστούμε και ευχομαστε κάθε καλό σε σε αυτη και την οικογένειά της.

Άνετο, καθαρό και ζεστό σπίτι! Εύκολο παρκάρισμα με ήσυχη γειτονιά.Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ότι είναι στον 2ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικότατο σημείο του Βόλου, είναι πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και λειτουργικό. Διαθέτει ένα υπέροχο μπαλκόνι με θέα προς το βουνό του Πηλίου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος. Ευχαριστώ για τη φιλοξενία!

Υπέροχος χώρος, εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα, ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας σε ότι και να την ρωτήσαμε. Το σπίτι είναι καινούριας κατασκευής, διακοσμημένο με πολύ γούστο , είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα και ήταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο! Επιπλέον η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται προσφέρει εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο του Βόλου και την αγορά. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά και το προτείνω σε όλους!

Our stay was fantastic! The host had excellent communication from start to finish, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.

The apartment is located in the middle of Skopelos town, very close to the harbour and the bus stop. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we overlooked that there was no wifi and we were visited by a cockroach. Otherwise we had no problems. The communication with Evangelina was great, she even left us some greek sweets and Tomato’s from her garden.
