Amazing location. Very quite. Beautiful traditional Pelion style architecture with details with a great view. Room is very clean. Break fast is very delicious as well. I would like to recommend to visit this place if you plan to go to Pinakates and near there.

Fantastic view from the balcony and one of the most beautiful (unorganized) beaches on this island in about 15'min walking distance. The little village has some small supermarkets, a nice bakery and some restaurants - also in walking distance - so you find everything you might need. The accommodation was very simple and clean, the communication very easy and friendly! Thanks a lot!!

We had a lovely time at Core Luxury Suites. The views were stunning. Gregory and Magda were very friendly and helpful. They suggested a ferry trip to a nearby island which turned out to be fantastic. They were very kind to our children. The rooms are gorgeous. It’s an easy taxi ride to Skiathos Town and airport. We managed without a car for two nights but would have wanted one if we stayed longer. The room was well equipped with kettle, fridge and coffee machine. Plenty of linen and the robes were a welcomed addition. You can also use the pool in the neighbouring hotel.

The owners were very friendly and helpful in arranging our taxis. The room is comfortable and modern with excellent views of the bay of Skiathos.

Extremely well located accommodation with magnificent balcony views. Next to the small extra shops, a supermarket, bars, restaurants and the bus station that serves the whole island . The welcome is very warm, it is an excellent address.

Patriko is so wonderful place to visit Skyros island. Foutula and her family have take care of us more than like only guest. Foutula is like a real family for us in an amazing place. We have enjoyed an relax a lot. We recomend Patriko very much. We hope we will come back soon.

Excellent stay! Would definitely come back

Host was amazing, very responsive and spent some time with us on the first day going over things to do in the area. They also collected up from the airport and dropped us back off on our last day at no extra cost which was lovely as we didn’t expect this. The location was great for what we wanted, walking distance to a beach and a 5 minute taxi ride into town. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had asked for a room over looking the sea and that’s what we got. The rooms were very modern and comfortable with furniture made of bamboo which gave it a boutique feel. The pool was lovely with nice loungers and very few people there. The hotel is very close to the lovely sandy beach with great taverners, there was a great atmosphere on an evening. There was an outside kitchen area with lots of tables for all the guess to use.

Aspa was a wonderful, helpful and cheerful person. Always on hand with anything we needed and beyond.The apartment we had was spotless into every corner. The location is an easy walk on a country lane to beach and taverns and a grocer. Kala Nera is a great central location for exploring the 21 villages of Pelion

This place was simply beautiful. With this Airbnb you get access to the pool and breakfast areas of an adjacent Hotel. You wake up and you can have breakfast directly by the water. The staff is extremely nice and very well trained. In addition, this maybe in the nicest part of Skiathos, picturesque bay, away from the centre that has the tourist hotspots.

This is our second visit to Giota's place. We love Chorto. We really enjoy staying at Giota's place and we love Giota. She is lovely person.

Giannis and Zoe were wonderful! Zoe always offers her help, and prepares sweet and happy surprises. The kitchen is available because we were with small children, and everything is in a cozy and homey atmosphere. Every morning we will open on the spacious balcony, and that's how we also met with new friends from all over the world. The room is wonderful, clean and cozy. Just what we needed. Very comfortable descent to the beach and promenade, and supermarket. In short it was fun, I wish we could come back sometime.
