Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Spokane County

Wow! One of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in. We came with kids and they loved the corn hole toss, puzzles and dolls. I loved the comfortable bed, nice linens and room darkening shades. Plus there was room for lots of people. Annie was a very helpful and friendly host and the hot tub was wonderful. Kids loved the area- near by to a park they could ride their scooters around. Nice quiet suburban neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a good stay here; it is as described and easy walking distance to arena, riverfront park & downtown. It was clean, spacious and had what we needed for a comfortable experience.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was the perfect time of year with a huge pop of color from the neighborhood trees. All the trees were covered with flowers. The neighborhood is safe and tree-lined and only a block away from the Perry market street with little shops and restaurants. Tons of charm. The host was super attentive and made our stay very comfortable. The beds were comfortable for my father in law as well as my husband and myself. Lots of fun little treasure to find throughout the house. I'm sure their garden will be exploding with beautiful flowers come May.

This was our second stay at Denise's place. It's our favorite Airbnb in Spokane and we've stayed in about 6 so far, as our son and his family live in the South Hill neighborhood. It's a cosy, comfortable home and Denise is a generous host in that she has freshly ground coffee available, a variety of teas, some snacks and all the essentials you need to make a meal in the kitchen. We love the downstairs rumpus room which is great for relaxing at night in front of the tv.

We enjoyed our stay, but there was not enough towels or blankets. Also, the trash had not been taken out of the trash bins in the garage in a while it seemed. Overall, was a good place to stay.

Deb’s place is perfect! Every detail from the decor to the massage chair was wonderful! Cute backyard in a quiet neighborhood where I felt very safe. Well stocked kitchen/coffee bar and extra toiletries if you forgot something. I would absolutely stay here again!

Really liked this place and I’d stay here again! Driveway didn’t work for me, if your car sits low you can’t open your doors. I just parked out front though so it didn’t matter much to me. The stairs inside are only a bit steep, but the carpet on them made them fine for me. I could see older people and kids struggling with them, but I’ve seen much worse. I love the old school vibes upstairs and then downstairs is all renovated and new, felt like I was time traveling, in a good way! Haha. Definitely liked this place!

This was a nicely arranged suite in a quiet location. The added amenities (like the washer and dryer), easy access, and simple check-in/out made the stay more than worth!

Pros: The apartment had everything I needed, and was freshly remodeled. The location was great with a place to get a latte, groceries, or a quick bite to eat, right across the street. And the free E-car charger across the street was handy for me as well. Cons: The kitchen area was confined, especially between the fridge and sink. If noises keep you awake, bring ear plugs, as the cadet heaters click on/off periodically, and there can be street noise. The trash cans were left in the street our entire 4 night stay. The toilet paper is cheap, rough, 1-ply. Check in/out times were confusing. Upon booking I was emailed 3pm/10am. When I was given check in instructions, I was told 4pm. When I was given check out instructions, I was told 11 am. None of these cons are deal breakers for me, especially because of the great location. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at Charlaine's place several times now. She does a great job at making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in with a guide for everything, wifi password and complementary snacks and coffee. Her home is quiet and comfortable and it's so nice to have a place to be able to take my kitty each time we do a vet visit for his cancer. She is friendly and welcoming and the space is very spacious. I look forward to staying here each time we need to travel. She has quite a few dishes and cookware as well and the bed is super comfy.

Aaron and Chanan have created a cozy and welcoming space! I felt relaxed and at home. They were also proactive about reaching out to me, and even left the lights on when I was checking in late :) a big highlight was all the fun carvings around and outside the home!

The "Regal Beagle" was absolutely perfect for my visit to see my daughter in Spokane! I was so pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. Plus, it was sparkling clean, really lovely, and so peaceful. Parking was a breeze too, with spots right out front! The location was great – super convenient to Audubon Park and not too far from downtown Spokane. I'll definitely be checking David's availability next time I'm in town.

It was such a pleasure staying in Tiffany’s lovely Airbnb. The description that’s shared is spot on. I loved the beautiful views and the sun light that floods every room. Tiffany was such a kind, proactive and friendly host. I stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for me to walk to work and close to nice restaurants. Thank you again for allowing me to stay and I would highly recommend staying with Tiffany as your host.

Great stay and extremely accommodating. It was such a nice area and we felt very safe. Quite spacious inside as well as outside! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing backyard but it would’ve been great. We hope to stay again if available! Thank you for a great time.

Mori’s place was great! Perfect distance from the airport and town. This is the most thoughtful airbnb we have ever stayed in, Mori has a binder with a great list of places to shop, eat and things to do. The apartment was really clean, cosy, very safe and nice and quiet! We are on a 3 week holiday from Australia and Mori’s place has made Spokane our favourite part of the trip! 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat - thanks Mori!

Great place to stay if looking for a little bit of a remote getaway without being too far from a city. Garry and Kathy were great hosts. Lake access + provided kayaks are definitely the biggest perk of this Airbnb! I would recommend staying here.

Margaret and Max’s home was perfect for our weekend! It was very easy to get to, close to downtown but quiet and peaceful. We loved the neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and laundry was an added plus. We had everything we needed! We would stay here again in the future!

Kristin's place had all the amenities. It was small but we knew that going into the reservation. We enjoyed having wifi and we had great memories during our winter holiday. We appreciate Kristin opening her place to us over the week as it is difficult to find a place to stay at Mt Spokane.

I travel to the area regularly for work, and this Airbnb has now become my top choice. From the moment I arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The space is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and offers all the comforts I need when I’m away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like the well-stocked kitchen, cozy seating areas, and fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy to work remotely. The neighborhood had great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores just a short drive away. It’s the perfect combination of convenience and comfort. The host was excellent—responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great stay. Overall, it was such a fantastic experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in town! I’m so glad I found this gem!

Nathan was an amazing host. Super communicative, helpful, and friendly. The rental was spotless and easy to find/access. They left us a basket with extra snacks, a welcome card, and extra toiletries which came in handy! I would stay here again and again. I stayed two months with Tom and Megan. My boys and I had a blast roaming the trails and being close to nature. Tom and Megan were accommodating and helpful. We appreciated our time in the Moose Lodge.
