Monthly Rentals in Split Rock Township

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

I believe this was my fourth stay at the Carriage House - it is a beautiful, peaceful place and spotless. Laurie and Harry are wonderful, warm hosts. I so appreciate the ability to walk around their land and by the river. I look forward to my next stay with them.

Beth was a sweetheart and the apartment was comfortable and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was quaint and adorable. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was the perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The steam shower was absolutely amazing and such a treat after a long day. Tanya was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything easy and welcoming. We’ll definitely try to stay here again if we’re ever headed back in this direction!
