Modern comfy & cosy Barn in a rural quiet location

The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

Five minutes from the Norfolk Broads and the village of Coltishall with tea room and great gastro pubs plus fantastic walking and cycling routes. I have stayed with Rosa several times now. Her home is located in a convenient place for visiting my friend and I have never been disappointed. There are lots of little touches provided that make the stay even more enjoyable and the bed is so comfortable - I always have the best night's sleep! It feels like home from home. Rosa and Terry are most welcoming.

We stayed for a month, Fahri was very nice and friendly. He let us use his kitchen, fridge, washer, dryer, so we very much felt like home. We had 2 suitcases and 2 carry cases but it fits in the wardrobe. His cat Zilli was so cute and she welcomed us too. The location is very close to the center of the city, within walking distance, so it is very convenient. Thank you Fahri!

The house and room were warm and clean, for me a perfect base. Shops within a short walk and straight onto main roads to get travelling easily, plus safe and easy parking. Frankie and his wife were friendly and helpful
