Monthly Rentals in Spitz

Great apartment in one of the oldest houses in the village. Bakery, supermarket, bus stop, roll ferry, beach, everything just a few steps away. The apartment itself is exactly as described, Wi-Fi is stable and works in all rooms. At night it is wonderfully quiet, we did not find the walk between the two rooms disturbing. Parking is sufficiently available nearby, communication was perfect. All in all: We will be happy to come back.

Ilse is best host. She is very responsive and so kind and patient to help me find transit route for my next destination. Her place is very central within wachau valley and super cozy. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this unique accommodation was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! We were charmed by the idea of transforming a former wooden furniture factory into modern and incredibly cozy apartments. The entire complex beautifully preserves its historical spirit and exudes a wonderful atmosphere of the past, sensitively linked with modern comfort. You can see the love for detail and respect for the building's original purpose. Everything is furnished very tastefully, modernly, but above all, incredibly cozily. We immediately felt at home here. It's a place where history meets the present in the most pleasant way possible. Huge thanks and praise also go to Hostel Georg! Their approach was extremely kind, helpful, and they took absolutely great care of us throughout our entire stay. We felt truly welcome and pampered. We were thrilled and would definitely love to come back again. We heartily recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful place in the center of Spitz, at the same time very quiet with a beautiful garden that was available to us. The own apartment completely met our expectations. The town of Spitz is an ideal starting point for exploring the Wachau. It lies in the middle of the valley, to Krems and to Melk it is about 20 km along beautiful bike paths along the Danube. The advantage is that in Spitz there is a ferry that transports tourists, bikers and cars to the other bank of the Danube.
