It’s an amazing little Barn with everything you could need. The surroundings were beautiful with a view onto a field full of lambs - a great view to wake up to on a morning. Lots to do in the surrounding area, and perfect for us for a couple of nights as we head down to Cornwall. The hosts were brilliant, with clear instructions for everything and thoughtful additions to make us feel so welcome!

Please visit this location if you can. Keith was so helpful in advance in agreeing to take some deliveries that were a surprise for my partner’s birthday and set these up for our arrival. The place itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many convenient things provided, like toiletries, milk, cereal and tea and coffee - so you don’t have to worry about the little things and can pack light if you want. It’s beautifully quiet and the views are amazing. There are fabulous walks nearby and plenty of shops and eating places walking or driving distance. There is so much to do nearby that we couldn’t do everything that we would have liked to do. The enclosed courtyard is also perfect if you’re bringing dogs and lovely to sit and have a coffee in the sun. It was really easy to find and super flexible for us on arrival and departure. We really loved our stay and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

We were so happy in Ann’s cottage. The bed in particular was very comfortable and the bedding of high quality. So important to sleep well! The cottage is full of character and beautifully warm. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for preparing a family meal. Having a washing machine was a real bonus on a long stay. I also appreciated the immaculate oven and hob. Ann was super responsive when there was a problem with the heating. And Linda was always ready to help in any way. Thank you both!

A great stay, not much to do around but walk, but good if you want a getaway. Neighborhood feels safe and cozy and is beautiful to walk around when the sun is out/setting. A convenience store nearby and an Aldi a bus ride/longer walk/uber away is perfect for any goods you need. Only thing to take note of is the freezer is very small (does not fit a pint of ice cream for example) and there is no oven. Otherwise, great place!
