David was there at the agreed time and opened the gate. That was very helpful because after the long journey we were able to park our car directly in the private parking lot next to the house. The little house is very charming and practically furnished. It has everything you need, even dishwasher tabs and coffee! The location close to the train station is very convenient and also in the city it is very quick on foot. David was very helpful and friendly with all questions! Except for the bad weather, it was a great stay!

Ideal reference point for visiting Tuscany: in just one week of stay we visited Pisa, Florence, Vinci, Siena, Arezzo, Pistoia, San Giminiano and Certaldo Alto, leaving every day in the morning and returning in the evening. The apartment is very comfortable for a family, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious as well as the kitchen and living room. If I really wanted to find something negative, the only thing that comes to mind is that the coffee maker was missing (there was, however, the mokka). Giovanna responds quickly to messages and accommodates any requests from her guests. I recommend Giovanna and Riccardo's apartment and would gladly go back if I were in the area.

Very spacious, very functional and very pleasant accommodation. Bedding is very good. Everything you need in the accommodation. Perfect location 5 minutes from the train station with shops all around. You can park in front to unload the car and then park nearby. Ideal for going to Florence or Pisa or Siena or San Gimignano by car or train. Monia was very available and pleasant. Great! We'll be back with pleasure.
