Apartment vacation rentals in Spianate

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, and the location was fantastic because of its proximity to the station (Montecatini Centre). The host also friendly and nice; he even listed some recommendations around the place. Thank you!

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

Words can’t describe how beautiful the view is from the apartment! We had a lovely week in San Gimignano with our six month old. So peaceful and everything within walking distance. Communication was great and use of the parking garage was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Natalia‘s place. It was spacious, very quiet overnight and comfortable. We really enjoyed the use of the pretty secluded garden. Natalia was a very responsive host and kindly reconfigured our bed arrangements on the day of our arrival 😀 It was nice to meet her and be given all instructions for everything The apartment is very well located, a short walk from Montecatini Centro station and very close to restaurants shops and bars. I’d recommend! Thankyou Natalia!

We throughout enjoyed our stay at Hamza’s place. The flat overall is even nicer than the pictures show. It is super spacious, pristine clean, newly renovated, so it seems at least. And it had 2 double bedrooms that came as a surprise to us. The master bedroom has huge wardrobes a large mirror as well and a queen size bed that has a very firm mattress that took some getting used to, but turned out very comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more utensils if you are planning for a big cooking but perfectly well equipped for the basics. The living are was superb with a giant smart TV and very comfy sofa. We travelled around with a car so location was perfect. Parking right at the front door, 25 minutes from Pisa airport , and Pisa, one hour to Cinque Terre and one hour to Florence. Couldn’t ask for a better location for exploring the area. Hamza was the fastest responding host I’ve so far stayed with. Very easy to communicate and super helpful and polite. I fully recommend!

Laura’s house is in a beautiful setting and the apartment was perfect as our base for a few days in the area. Laura was very responsive to our questions and we felt right at home in the apartment. The terrace is wonderful and a bonus for us is the three beautiful cats that we often saw lounging in the sun or shady areas.

We are so happy to have found Simona’s place for our 6 day trip to Tuscany. We wanted an apartment which was centrally located in order to minimize driving times to/from the places we planned to visit, and Simona’s place was just it. Set on a very quiet residential road, the apartment was easy to find, with street parking available at any time of the day. Green views everywhere you look. The only sounds were the birds chirping. It was pure bliss. Her parents, Carmine and Annalisa, were delightful and extremely helpful, which we appreciated. They live next door and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was fully equipped to accommodate my small family. It was spotless and warm. There are supermarkets close by as well as small shopping Centre. Overall, we really struck gold with this place and it comes highly recommended. Thank you Simona! We hope to visit again soon 🌼 Kristina, Eric and Emma (5) 😊

Stunning location in the heart of Florence! Beautiful, spacious rooms with one-of-a-kind frescos and garden space. The hosts were kind and flexible: we would stay again in a heartbeat!! Grazie mille!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Collesalvetti is not a tourist stronghold, and that's exactly what we were looking for. Good, friendly cafes, bar, gelateria, restaurants... around the apartment and around Collesalvetti there are many and the tourist Tuscany hotspots or beach are easily accessible by car. In short: For our next trip to Tuscany, we will be happy to come back here :)

We LOVED this holiday! Chiara was so helpful and friendly all the way through. Our flight was delayed and this was no problem to Chiara with our (very!) late check in and throughout the trip she was there for anything we needed. The property was beautiful, extremely private, relaxing and all round stunning surroundings. Montecarlo isn’t far at all and a lovely place to eat, drink and explore. We felt very at home here and because of our love for Tuscany we definitely will be back to stay here again!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Roberto´s home, and it felt like home right from the first day. Home has a very good location and allowed us to travel to different destination every day and we were always in time :) During week we visited Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Carrara, Lerici and Porto Venere, Lucca adn Montecarlo, Firenze and San Gimignano. Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a great 2 night stay! Clean place, as described, and a very centrally located neighbourhood. The walls are a bit though so if you are a light sleeper, definitely recommend earplugs.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
