Lions' traditional house with b/q outdoor space

The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. Kitchen is fully equipped and we provide washing -drying machine

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Beautiful house, spacious,functional , a remarkable property. Very well located to admire the sea in the morning by coffee and in the evening, at sunset: beautiful! Very well located also for travel in the Peloponnese, a few minutes from quiet beaches and restaurants, taverns and shops. In Agios Aimilianos you are in the middle of what is the most beautiful in Greece: the sea, olive trees, orange trees... Our host, Apostolos : A very discreet, attentive person who responds quickly to messages.

ligoneri is a 40 minute walk from town, there is a bus service. it has 3 beautiful beaches (pebble not sand) the development is built on a mountain side and has a slight breeze and slightly lower temperatures than the town. the development is 1970s concrete low ceilings functional architecture. Ileana was wonderful to deal with, very responsive. we had a small plumbing issue and the plumber was on site and had resolved the issue within the hour. the house is a 90m2 maisonet with 2 bedrooms amazing sea views. the kitchen has everything you might need and more, there is both an indoor and outdoor dining area. the internet works really well and there is a smart TV. myself and my teenage kids and their friends had a wonderful time. I really do recommend it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at Sylvia's home was an absolute delight! From the moment we secured the booking until our departure, Sylvia was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Her home is a true gem, full of the iconic Ermioni charm, and it was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially for cooking up local produce. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute stroll from the pier and all the vibrant activity of this beautiful area. Although we were there for a dear friend's wedding and didn't have as much time as we would have liked to fully enjoy the stay, we're already looking forward to our next visit. A quick tip for future guests: it's best to park at the top of the hill where there are plenty of free parking spaces and take the short walk down to the house. The charming narrow streets were clearly designed for donkeys and carriages, which adds to the charm but makes driving a bit tricky. Highly recommend Sylvia’s slice of heaven!

Lively town full of restaurants and bars about 10 min drive away. Local beaches lovely too. Overall we had a great week-long stay.

The view from this place is incredible, quiet area close to nice beaches. If you rent a quad bike like us it is a perfect base to explore the island. Very nice accommodation that met our needs. Nikos was very friendly and helpful and met us at the port to bring us to the accommodation late at night and explained everything well. Only negative is the bad smell from the drains.

The host is wonderful! The house is wonderful and clean everything is just perfect, it was fun fun!!! I will definitely go there again. You could really feel the investment and caring from the host at all times of the stay, I was there for a whole month and my friends came to stay with me and it was just wonderful!!!!! I highly recommend for anyone looking , quiet, beautiful view from the house, a wonderful port 2 minutes drive from the house with restaurants and bars. In short, just wonderful!
