Vasiliki was great and we had very easy communication. The house was absolutely clean with a great view . I highly recommend it.

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

How to say, if you are looking for tranquility, rest, sun, a beautiful sea view,a jacuzzi for relaxation , in a charming town, this cycladic house will charm you as it charmed us! Sue is a welcoming, pleasant and responsive host. We can only recommend this slice of heaven!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was wonderful!

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very beautiful, tastefully made and with quality materials. The infinity pool with sea views is magical. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive (gifts with local products) and gave us tips for sightseeing, beaches. The area is beautiful, with beaches with crystal clear water like in all of Peloponnese. I recommend it 100%.

Our family of six - three adults, three teens - had a fantastic five days at Henrik's place. It is so spacious with each bedroom having an en suite shower room, loads of different areas to sit out and relax and admire the view of the island and the sea - and of course the swimming pool was a highlight! The place was well stocked with kitchen basics and equipment and same for the bathrooms - but there's a great little supermarket is less than 10 mins walk down the hill. Spetses is a lovely lively town with plenty of shops, cafes and activity and there is a small beach just next to the supermarket so you can combine getting the groceries with a quick dip! We mostly relaxed in the house but our older teens took a day trip to Hydra which was fun. Henrik's father met us at the port and they were so helpful with any queries we had but otherwise left us to enjoy the peace. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. Thank you, Frans, for another unforgettable holiday!

We LOVED Lijiao's beautiful, spacious, peaceful holiday home! Couldn't believe what brilliant value it was for the price. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet, peaceful break away in a lovely little Greek village. Lijiao was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful and the communication was brilliant. Thank you again , Lijiao!

Lovely, authentic Greek house all to yourself.. It feels like part of the place - has soul. Beautiful view over the harbour. Lots of space. V v helpful about check in - I was delayed and arrived at midnight (3 hrs late!) and Evgenia was waiting with a huge smile and lots of friendly advice. Highly recommend.

We were 2 families and stayed for 10 days. The area is nice with restaurants, bar, coffee shop, mini market all nearby. The walk to town is mo more than 10/15 minutes. Plenty or noce beaches within 10 minutes fistance. The house had everything we needed. Anna is so super friendly, kind and responsive, a real asset when looking at booking a place to stay for relaxing holidays!!!

Nice house with all the amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to an amazing beach and nice garden to spent some quality and relaxing time. Will book it again easily. Also the host was available whenever we want her and she was very helpful.

Small summer cottage in the old Greek style, very charming. Corresponds to the photos. We felt right at home. Very wide, comfortable bed; very well equipped kitchen where not only oil, vinegar, salt, spices were available, but fruit, water, milk, juice, honey, jam, butter, cheese and many more food for the whole six days we had booked. Babis was also very hospitable: he picked us up at the harbor at 9pm in the evening to take our heavy luggage to the accommodation with his motorcycle. The only minus: the street just above the cottage is very busy with motorcycles, so we had to close the bedroom window at night.

The place is already wonderful on its own: a quiet house, surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the sea with magnificent views and a choice of beaches - quiet or with a small bar - just below on foot. But the house itself is very nice, airy, shaded, and tastefully furnished with small touches: you willingly spend time there. And finally Eirini and her family are charming hosts, discreet enough to make us believe that we are alone in the world on vacation, but present and very kind if we have a concern or a request. Eirini is responsive and clear, including remotely. I would recommend Eirini's house without reservation. A great stay.

We had a great stay — the terrace and yard in particular are both lovely. The space was very clean, ACs worked well, and self check in was easy. Anna was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, helping us organize taxis and with general questions about the house.

We loved staying in the cosy house! It was our spetses home for the last ten days with everything we needed and made our holiday even more magical. The terrace is beautiful and the house has everything you need. Our hosts were very helpful and made our stay a total pleasure. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! We had a great time! The house is absolutely beautiful - it is very nicely done, has everything you need, is clean, spacious and has amazing terraces on two sides. The pool is small, but very nice. And the views to the sea are simply stunning! We stayed with 4 people and loved how remote the house was - just felt like we had the place to ourselves but could still walk to the beach in 15 min. You definitely need a car to stay there, but with that it is easy to get to the nearby towns. The host was very responsive and friendly. Can only highly recommend- will definitely come back if ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful time at Xristina’s beautiful house which is conveniently situated in a peaceful neighbourhood near the shops and restaurants. Communication with Xristina was always very easy. She is responsive and friendly and always willing to help.

Our stay at Aspa's house was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and description. It is very quiet, although it is very close to the center of the island ie Dapia. Very close is the mosquito where we enjoyed the our wine, at the sunset, but sometimes its thoughtful breakfasts. The communication with Aspa and her daughter, Angelina was also impeccable and very friendly!!!!To welcome there was a basket of Easter goodies and bottled water..They were also willing to answer all our questions and because it was a little cold on the island, they brought the technician to certify the good function of the heater!! Thank you very much Aspa and Angelina!!!!

What a lovely home! Loved the garden and upper terrace. Excellent central location. Angelos is very responsive, a great host. And many thanks to Maria and the trycicle gentleman for meeting us at the port and taking care of all our luggage.

Our second stay at the Olive Grove house was as fantastic as the first one. Dionysia is a wonderful host with a great local team. The garden has grown since last year and is a dream, and we will miss the beautiful view on Porto Heli Bay. The house has all the modern comfort a family might need for the perfect holiday and is in great order throughout: beautifully decorated and extremely welcoming. Thank you for having had us again this summer, Dionysia! We had a brilliant time.

Great house , awesome veranda sea view, 5 min walk to Agios Mamas, three bedrooms living room two bathrooms , kitchen fully equipped , spotless , generally like our home, great people the hosts live below , very thoughtful house and should be noticed by those who stay. EXCELLENT!
