House vacation rentals in Spetses

Wonderful place! We had a great time! The house is absolutely beautiful - it is very nicely done, has everything you need, is clean, spacious and has amazing terraces on two sides. The pool is small, but very nice. And the views to the sea are simply stunning! We stayed with 4 people and loved how remote the house was - just felt like we had the place to ourselves but could still walk to the beach in 15 min. You definitely need a car to stay there, but with that it is easy to get to the nearby towns. The host was very responsive and friendly. Can only highly recommend- will definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

Une très jolie maison mitoyenne proche du centre-ville (10 minutes à pied par les petites rues). Ambiance vacances, avec une cuisine bien équipée, une jolie déco, de nombreux espaces pour avoir un coin chacun. La maison est très grande et très agréable. Accueil top avec gateau et bouteille de vin + infos sur l'île. Nous avons pu faire le check-out à 18h !

Had a wonderful stay with a small group in this lovely villa. The accommodation was clean and modern but with traditional charm. The local area is stunning with lots to do including easy access to the island of Spetses. Theophilos was a friendly and attentive host who was very communicative and gave really helpful advice on the local area. Overall 10/10 - Will be back!

Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν ότι είχαμε φανταστεί! Μαγευτήκαμε με την θέα, με την πισίνα, με την αρχιτεκτονική του σπιτιού, γενικά με ότι μας προσέφερε η βίλα!! Ήμασταν αρκετά άτομα και βρήκαμε αυτό ακριβώς που χρειαζόμασταν, ησυχία, χώρος, αισθητική, καθαριότητα. Η συμβολή του Αλέξανδρου ήταν επίσης καθοριστική, καθώς ότι κι αν χρειαζόμασταν ήταν στη διάθεσή μας, πράγμα πάρα πολύ σημαντικό, ειδικά αφού δεν ήμασταν απ την περιοχή. Προφανώς και θα το ξανα-επισκεφτώ στο μέλλον, ήταν τρομερή εμπειρία όλο το ταξίδι και σ αυτό συνέβαλε και το κατάλυμα!!!

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très belle, réalisée avec goût et des matériaux qualitatifs. La piscine à débordement avec vue sur mer est magique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et plein d’attentions (cadeaux avec produits locaux) et nous ont donné des conseils pour les visites, les plages. La région est belle, avec des plages aux eaux cristallines comme dans tout le Peloponnese. Je recommande à 100%

Our family of six - three adults, three teens - had a fantastic five days at Henrik's place. It is so spacious with each bedroom having an en suite shower room, loads of different areas to sit out and relax and admire the view of the island and the sea - and of course the swimming pool was a highlight! The place was well stocked with kitchen basics and equipment and same for the bathrooms - but there's a great little supermarket is less than 10 mins walk down the hill. Spetses is a lovely lively town with plenty of shops, cafes and activity and there is a small beach just next to the supermarket so you can combine getting the groceries with a quick dip! We mostly relaxed in the house but our older teens took a day trip to Hydra which was fun. Henrik's father met us at the port and they were so helpful with any queries we had but otherwise left us to enjoy the peace. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We LOVED Lijiao's beautiful, spacious, peaceful holiday home! Couldn't believe what brilliant value it was for the price. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet, peaceful break away in a lovely little Greek village. Lijiao was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful and the communication was brilliant. Thank you again , Lijiao!

Villa Anel was a wonderful home in Spetses. Fantastic location and close to the port. It was very easy to walk into town daily. The hosts were very responsive and helped with luggage transfers to the port. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anel while in Spetses!

Lovely, authentic Greek house all to yourself.. It feels like part of the place - has soul. Beautiful view over the harbour. Lots of space. V v helpful about check in - I was delayed and arrived at midnight (3 hrs late!) and Evgenia was waiting with a huge smile and lots of friendly advice. Highly recommend.

Loula møtte oss ved ankomst og ønsket oss velkommen. Ren og fin leilighet, og en fin liten patio utenfor med morgensol. Flott sentral beliggenhet nær restauranter i den koselige gamle havnen. Anbefales.

We were 2 families and stayed for 10 days. The area is nice with restaurants, bar, coffee shop, mini market all nearby. The walk to town is mo more than 10/15 minutes. Plenty or noce beaches within 10 minutes fistance. The house had everything we needed. Anna is so super friendly, kind and responsive, a real asset when looking at booking a place to stay for relaxing holidays!!!

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))

Nous recommandons chaudement Tatiana’s House. C’était notre deuxième séjour et nous avons, comme la première fois, adoré l’endroit, vaste, calme et extrêmement propre, son emplacement et - par dessus tout, l’accueil chaleureux et très réactif de Tatiana et Marina.

Le lieu est à lui seul déjà merveilleux : une maison au calme, entourée d'oliviers, qui surplombe la mer avec une vue magnifique et un choix de plages - au calme ou avec petit bar - juste en dessous à pied. Mais la maison est elle-même très agréable, aérée, ombragée, et aménagée avec goût et avec des petites attentions : on y passe volontiers du temps. Et enfin Eirini et sa famille sont des hôtes charmants, discrets à nous faire croire qu'on est seuls au monde en vacances, mais présents et d'une tres grande gentillesse si on a un souci ou une demande. Eirini est réactive et claire, y compris à distance. Je recommande sans aucune réserve la maison d'Eirini. Un super séjour.

Nous avons passé un week-end à Spetses en famille (2 familles) et logement est vraiment spacieux et cosy. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La maison était aussi très propre et joliment décorée. La propriétaire était très gentille et arrangeante pour nos bagages. Nous la recommandons à 100%

Nous avons adoré la maison d’Angelos. Tout d’abord nous avons été acceuilli par son amie Maria qui a fait transporter nos bagages et nous a guidé jusqu à la maison. Ensuite la maison est grande et très agréable avec deux grands espaces extérieurs et une super vue sur la mer de la terrasse d’en haut. Il h avait de l’eau et des fruits! Et des capsules nespresso! La literie est très confortable et grâce a la Clim nous avons très bien dormi. L’emplacement est excellent, à deux pas de tout! Mille mercis nous reviendrons!

It’s close to the beaches and just a short drive to Porto Heli, making it super convenient. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Magnifique séjour nous avons passé deux semaines chez Gianna qui est adorable et de bons conseils. L’emplacement de la maison est idéal

Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα με υπεροχη θέα. Το ντεκόρ είναι λίγο παρωχημένο και το μπάνιο θα ήθελε μια ανακαίνιση, αλλά όλα ήταν λειτουργικα και πεντακάθαρα.

Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία αισθανθήκαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και επικοινωνιακή. Συμαντικό πως λειτουργούσε ορθά και αθόρυβα το air condition πράγμα σημαντικό κάθως είμασταν εκεί μέρες με καύσωνα. Η επίπλωση ήταν κομψή και με γούστο.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ περιποιημένο. Όπως φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες κ μεγαλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική - κοντά στο λιμάνι, σε παραλία, στο κέντρο, στα λεοφωρεια - σε όλα όσα χρειαζομασταν κ θέλαμε να κάνουμε γενικά. Η ίδια η Αγγελική ήταν πολύ ευγενική, πολύ φιλική και φιλόξενη, και πάνω από όλα γενναιόδωρη! Η επικοινωνία ήταν πάντα καλή και εύκολη. Θα ξαναμεναμε όλοι πολύ ευχαρίστως στην Αγγελικής και θα το πρότεινα άνετα σαν επιλογή για 2-4 άτομα που επισκέπτονται τις Σπετσες. Σε ευχαριστούμε και πάλι Αγγελική!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Erminel in between olive trees and the exceptional home decoration that makes you want to get to know more about the history of the house. It's been a pleasure to get to know Alex and Ingela who are very welcoming and try their best to make you feel at home and give you tips how to spend your time in the area. Beaches and sights are very easy to reach by car and by the end of september the area is not so heavily populated. We really enjoyed our self cooked meals on the beautiful terrace and can only recommend a stay at Villa Erminel!
