Villa Ydria is developed in three levels with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 1 kitchen, 2 verandas and a BBQ area. Bedrooms: all equipped with TV and high-quality mattresses/pillows/bed-linens. Bathrooms: complimentary toiletries Kitchen: fully equipped for all your needs; oven, stove, espresso machine, coffee brewer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher etc. Others: air-conditioning/central heating in all areas, fireplace, TV in all bedrooms and in the living area, Wi-Fi, laundry/dryer machine, hairdryer, iron. Extra queen sofa bed and two folded beds available upon request. No additional guest fees for infants and children below 12-years old. BBQ (charcoal) area: A BBQ is available, but during the summer months its use is not allowed due to fire safety regulations. Local authorities strongly discourage BBQs at this time, and we appreciate you understanding. Interior: 115sq.m; Exterior: 60sq.m.
