The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Some hiking trails pass right by the house and for a training round, a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes. Everyday shopping facilities are located in Speicher and Teufen, the city of St. Gallen can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The access to the accommodation leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 10-minute walk

The apartment offers stylish furnishings, a modern study and a luxurious bathroom. In this oasis of well-being, there is an exclusive whirlpool, a shower (with steam sauna) and a spacious garden area with a private pavilion. The kitchen (microwave & coffee machine) is also used on workdays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) by our lawyer, who has his office in the front part of the property. (Access from private underground parking with free and protected indoor parking)
