Le logement d'Angelos est spacieux et confortable. Jolie terrasse avec vue sur la vallée. Angelos a été très gentil, réactif et de bon conseil pour trouver un restaurant ouvert pendant les fêtes de Pâques. Nous recommandons son logement

Xénia a été très accueillante, bienveillante dans nos échanges . Elle guettait devant sa maison notre arrivée. Restauration complète de l’appartement avec matériaux de qualité . Décoration sobre de bon goût . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre trop court séjour à Gythio et ses environs. L’appartement au 2ème étage offre une belle vue sur la baie et son îlet , avec les montagnes en toile de fond. Bars, restaurants tout proches à pieds. Merci Xénia

Μια όμορφη εμπειρία σε ενα όμορφο χώρο στην πόλη τησ Καλαμάτας. Όμορφος χώρος , περηποιημένος κοντά στη παραλία, με θέση Parking , με όλα τα απαραίτητα ενώς σπιτιού. Ο οικοδεσπότης υπέροχος άνθρωπος. Φιλικότατος , πάντα εκεί όταν το χρειαζόσουν για οτιδήποτε, SUPER HOST. Μας υποδέχτηκε όπως έπρεπε σε ένα πεντακάθαρο σπίτι και ένα τραπεζι γεμάτο καλούδια από τον κήπο του (καρπούζι , πεπόνι , κεράσια ντοματες ενα μπουκάλι κρασί και πολλα αλλα ) Περάσαμε όμορφα!! Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κώστα θα ξανα έρθουμε!!

Πολυ καθαρό διπλα στη θάλασσα αλλλα δεν έχεις καμία οπτική επαφη με αυτή. Πολύ ευγενική οικοδεσπότης

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a private location with a gorgeous view and amazing sunset! And I would stay again! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and your kindness.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άψογοι σε όλα. Ήταν φιλικοί, φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Για παράδειγμα, όταν είχαμε την ατυχία να μείνει το αυτοκίνητο μας από μπαταρία, μας βοήθησαν να επανεκκινήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και όπως ακριβώς απεικονίζεται στις φωτογραφίες. Οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και τα κλιματιστικά λειτουργούν κανονικά. Το κατάλυμα είναι σε τέλεια τοποθεσία, σε δυο λεπτά είσαι με τα πόδια στην παραλία. Αν θα χρειαζόταν κάποια βελτίωση, ίσως να ήταν τα παλιά ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και η ντουλάπα, αλλά εμένα προσωπικά δεν με ενόχλησαν γιατί είναι λειτουργικά. Θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για την επόμενη διαμονή μου στην Καλαμάτα. Ευχαριστώ για όλα τους οικοδεσπότες!!!

Lina was a great host and her house was walking distance to the restaurants, the market and the pharmacy. I will definitely stay here again next time! Η Λίνα ήταν ένας υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης και το σπίτι της ήταν σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από τα εστιατόρια, την αγορά και το φαρμακείο. Σίγουρα θα μείνω εδώ ξανά την επόμενη φορά!

Είναι αυτό που ονομάζουμε "πραγματικές διακοπές"! Ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι σε ένα πανέμορφο τοπίο! Η επικοινωνία με τη Γιώτα ήταν πολύ εύκολη, μας έδωσε τις πληροφορίες που μας χρειάζονταν πριν καν τις χρειαστούμε! Βρήκαμε το σπίτι πολύ εύκολα, οι γονείς της Γιώτας ήταν εκεί για το καλωσόρισμα, μας πρόσφεραν φρούτα και λαχανικά απ' τον κήπο κ , καθ'όλη τη διάρκεια των διακοπών μας, ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί κ φιλικοί μαζί μας! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο, είχε ό,τι αναφέρεται και στο site , χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις. Το αντίθετο, μάλιστα! Μας περίμεναν μπύρες, αναψυκτικά, μέλι, λάδι, λαλάγγια, καφέδες! Ο κήπος είναι ο ιδανικός χώρος για να ξεκουραστείς και να ηρεμήσεις! Ξαπλώστρες, αιώρα, τραπεζάκια, σκιερά και ηλιόλουστα μέρη, λουλούδια, μυρωδικά. Τα σκυλιά μας πέρασαν καταπληκτικά, σε ένα πολύ φιλόξενο για ζώα περιβάλλον! Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερες μέρες!

Im sommerlichen Juni in ein am Hang äußerst ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus zu reisen, das dennoch nah an der Stadt wie auch den Kieselstränden der grünen Berghänge liegt, hat was! Uns gefällt Messinien immer wieder und auch dieses FH hat davon keine Ausnahme gemacht. Danke Fotis. Empfehlenswert!

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

This home is perfect. The living room is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, comfy bedroom, and 3 terrace/patios: one nestled beside an olive grove with a refreshing outdoor shower, another one level up, with a great view of the grove and the nearby sea (I worked on writing my book at the table) and one more on the tower roof with a 365 view, the mountains, the sea, the surrounding olive grove, and nearby Agios Nikolaos. That town is a gem, with a lovely port and a choice of port side restaurants, serving traditional Greek food , Mediterranean cuisine and a great Italian place with exquisite pizza. The nearby beach, a short walk on a gravel road, is perfect, with 3 nearby tavernas. There are 3 big supermarkets in nearby Stoupa, which is worth a visit by car or on a seaside bike trail. And trips up to Kardamyli or down to Areopoli are great day excursions. If you go down to the deep Mani, I recommend an overnight stay. Host was super friendly and helpful.

Struttura Immacolata sembra essere i primi ad entrarci. Non mancava nulla. Abbiamo apprezzato molto un check in anticipato essendo motociclisti preferiamo viaggiare con il fresco del mattino ed arrivare presto. Host ad attenderci in struttura molto reattivo. Veduta stupenda sul mare. Consiglio vivamente.

Ivanka ist eine liebe Gastgeberin. Kommunikation und Check-In waren sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Bedienung der Klimaanlage, Ivanka war sofort erreichbar und hat uns geholfen. Das Haus ist geräumig und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Die Wohnfläche ist auf mehrere Ebenen verteilt. Dadurch wirkt alles sehr aufgelockert, häufiges Treppensteigen ist allerdings notwendig. Das Haus liegt sehr schön an einem Hang und man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und in eine nahe Schlucht. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. Geparkt werden kann in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.

We couldn't have been happier or better looked after by Nasos and his family. He is the perfect gentleman & host, providing various foods and wine to get us started. The house has easy access with gated private parking (for several cars). There are great local restaurants (most notably Vrahos Cuisine, a 3-minute walk from the house), and it's close enough to Kalamata to access shops for anything you might need (there is a shop & pharmacy nearby). The house feels modern and is built with quality materials. It is secluded, with spiral stair access to an almost private beach. Just off the bedroom patio are lemons, mandarins, and loquats that we mixed with local yoghurt for breakfast every day. The sea is perfectly clear, and we enjoyed a pattern of it being perfectly still in the mornings and getting livelier in the afternoons. There are a few lovely rock pools that you can swim into, perfect for snorkelling. In all, an ideal getaway, and we'd like to thank Nasos for making it all easy.

Ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία, ενώ μέσα σε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, καταστήματα με μαγειρευτά φαγητά και ένα εξαιρετικό ζαχαροπλαστείο. Ιδανικό για διαμονή είτε για λίγες μέρες είτε για μεγαλύτερη παραμονή. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Everything was perfect. We arrived at a late hour and there was no problem. Sofia even gave us tips for our trip. We recommend this place!

Nice, clean apartment on a quiet side street. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoyed my stay.

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.

Πολυ ομορφο σπιτι στο κεντρο της καλαματας. 5' με τα ποδια απο την πλατεια. Ευκολο παρκινγκ. Το σπιτι ηταν καθαρο και πολυ ανετο.
