Nice location, great hostess and cozy small apartment in the heart of Kalamata!

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. We had a great time at Nicoletta's apartment. Cozy and clean environment, the host was a great hostess, very nice and helpful, she gave us great tips on what to see in the area and provided us with a map! Easy parking nearby, even next to the entrance door!

Absolutely beautiful apartment so clean it looked like everything was brand new (although this is their third year of hosting- just everything very well cared for and spotless). The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked so well completely silently. It had everything we needed and is literally just across the road from the beach. We've stayed in a few airbnbs in the same area (even on the same street) and this was the best one ever, absolutely perfect for us.

Great place to stay in Gythio with two balconies overlooking the sea. Well furnished and clean. I would stay here again as the place was perfect for the 3 of us.

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a private location with a gorgeous view and amazing sunset! And I would stay again! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and your kindness.

Amazing stay! Host met us as at check in and walked us through everything. Private off street parking was very handy as street parking is limited. The apartment was nice with a balcony although the bathroom was a bit small but fine as we were only there a few nights.

Fotis is the best host we had ever had . He is so nice and helpful and the house is exactly what we needed . Peace and nature outside the city but close to it .

Beautiful location, local shop right next door! Local places to eat within walking distance. Right on the beach. Lovely to sit outside in the courtyard and watch the sea. We visited in May, so it wasn’t too busy at this time of year. Maria was really helpful and always so responsive if we had questions. We loved the local cats. Thank you Maria!

Perfect private house in quiet place for my sport holiday in near Sparta

We couldn't have been happier or better looked after by Nasos and his family. He is the perfect gentleman & host, providing various foods and wine to get us started. The house has easy access with gated private parking (for several cars). There are great local restaurants (most notably Vrahos Cuisine, a 3-minute walk from the house), and it's close enough to Kalamata to access shops for anything you might need (there is a shop & pharmacy nearby). The house feels modern and is built with quality materials. It is secluded, with spiral stair access to an almost private beach. Just off the bedroom patio are lemons, mandarins, and loquats that we mixed with local yoghurt for breakfast every day. The sea is perfectly clear, and we enjoyed a pattern of it being perfectly still in the mornings and getting livelier in the afternoons. There are a few lovely rock pools that you can swim into, perfect for snorkelling. In all, an ideal getaway, and we'd like to thank Nasos for making it all easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonidas's place. He and his wife are very kind and hospitable. He made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were in Sparta for the Spartan Race and it was a great location to walk to the festivities but far enough away for some quiet time. His dogs were very friendly and we enjoyed the happy greetings from them. We even got to purchase Leonidas's olive oil from his olive trees.

Nice, clean apartment on a quiet side street. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.
