The house is brand new, spotless and very well cared for, everything works perfectly. The location is wonderful in an olive grove, the terrace comfortable with a simple view and everything you need to enjoy it (umbrella, table, sun loungers), the beach Pantazi accessible even on foot (through a 10 minute path to go about 15 minutes back), Ai Nikolas, the picturesque harbor with the taverns, the cafes and the bar very close by car, as well as the busy beach Stoupa. The owner is polite, considerate, and very helpful.

We had a great time here. The room is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, fully functional, thank the host very much. Will come again next time.

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a private location with a gorgeous view and amazing sunset! And I would stay again! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and your kindness.

Everything is perfect! Clean space and close to the central square of Sparta! 2 separate bedrooms!

I loved staying right on the water in the center of Kardamyli. I was lucky to stay in May, in a quiet few days, and enjoyed the privacy of being the only guest in the building. There is a restaurant right beside the apartment, you walk through it to access the stone steps to your door in your own veranda and little garden space in front of the sea. It was quiet while I was there but imagine it is far less restful when the season is in swing. The views are spectacular and the swimming spot was perfection for my morning swims. The accommodation itself is pleasant, clean, and is equipped with all the necessities. However “ two bedrooms” is actually a living/kitchen space with a double bed in it, plus a bedroom space separated by a curtain, with another double bed. Great for a couple, two friends, or a solo traveler like I was. I loved staying here and look forward to coming again!

Mrs. Katerina's house was lovely!!! Fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and fully functional! There was nothing we missed about our stay! Photos are representative of the place! There are places everywhere to relax and enjoy the wonderful view!Mrs. Katerina was waiting for us with handmade treats that made us feel like home! It's a home worth staying in!

It's what we call a “real vacation”! A beautiful house in a beautiful landscape! The communication with Yiota was very easy, she gave us the information they needed us before we even needed it! We found the house very easily, Yiota's parents were there for the welcome, they offered us fruits and vegetables from the garden, throughout our vacation, they were extremely kind and friendly with us! The house was very clean, comfortable, had everything mentioned on the site , no unpleasant surprises. On the contrary, we were waiting for beer, soft drinks, honey, oil, lalagia, coffees! The garden is the ideal place to rest and relax! Sun loungers, hammock, coffee tables, shady and sunny places, flowers, herbs. Our dogs had a great time in a very welcoming animal environment! I wish we could stay more days!

This home is perfect. The living room is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, comfy bedroom, and 3 terrace/patios: one nestled beside an olive grove with a refreshing outdoor shower, another one level up, with a great view of the grove and the nearby sea (I worked on writing my book at the table) and one more on the tower roof with a 365 view, the mountains, the sea, the surrounding olive grove, and nearby Agios Nikolaos. That town is a gem, with a lovely port and a choice of port side restaurants, serving traditional Greek food , Mediterranean cuisine and a great Italian place with exquisite pizza. The nearby beach, a short walk on a gravel road, is perfect, with 3 nearby tavernas. There are 3 big supermarkets in nearby Stoupa, which is worth a visit by car or on a seaside bike trail. And trips up to Kardamyli or down to Areopoli are great day excursions. If you go down to the deep Mani, I recommend an overnight stay. Host was super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, local shop right next door! Local places to eat within walking distance. Right on the beach. Lovely to sit outside in the courtyard and watch the sea. We visited in May, so it wasn’t too busy at this time of year. Maria was really helpful and always so responsive if we had questions. We loved the local cats. Thank you Maria!

The Immaculate Structure seems to be the first to enter it. Nothing was missing. We really appreciated an early check-in, as motorcyclists we prefer to travel in the cool of the morning and arrive early. Host waiting for us at the property, very responsive. Beautiful view of the sea. I highly recommend it.

Ivanka is a lovely host. Communication and check-in were very good. We had a problem with the operation of the air conditioning, Ivanka was immediately available and helped us. The house is spacious and has a very nice terrace. The living space is distributed on several levels. This makes everything seem very relaxed, but frequent climbing of stairs is necessary. The house is beautifully situated on a hillside and you have a beautiful view of the sea and a nearby gorge. Due to the location of the house, a car is absolutely necessary. You can park in the immediate vicinity of the house.

We couldn't have been happier or better looked after by Nasos and his family. He is the perfect gentleman & host, providing various foods and wine to get us started. The house has easy access with gated private parking (for several cars). There are great local restaurants (most notably Vrahos Cuisine, a 3-minute walk from the house), and it's close enough to Kalamata to access shops for anything you might need (there is a shop & pharmacy nearby). The house feels modern and is built with quality materials. It is secluded, with spiral stair access to an almost private beach. Just off the bedroom patio are lemons, mandarins, and loquats that we mixed with local yoghurt for breakfast every day. The sea is perfectly clear, and we enjoyed a pattern of it being perfectly still in the mornings and getting livelier in the afternoons. There are a few lovely rock pools that you can swim into, perfect for snorkelling. In all, an ideal getaway, and we'd like to thank Nasos for making it all easy.

Comfortable aparment with spacious rooms, located in Neochori, next to attractive locations, like Stoupa, Kardamyli, etc. Amazing West Mani!

Everything was perfect. We arrived at a late hour and there was no problem. Sofia even gave us tips for our trip. We recommend this place!

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

This property is a real find, the location is perfect, you will be practically on the beach above a great restaurant with your private terrace looking out to the sea. A gem not to be missed

We (2 adults and 3 kids) had a pleasant stay at Ranias’ place and we defitely suggest it to other guests! The place was clean, cosy and spacious. It is pretty close to the center of the town which is very practical. Also, it really helped having a dedicated parking spot. Rania, thank you very much for the hospitality and we hope to come back in the future.
