The style of our home is beach farm house. Almost everything is brand spanking new. Every Bedroom room has large windows, large closets, and are a good size. Living, dining, and kitchen are all open concept with a large covered, screened in porch and sun deck attached. Large fenced in yard has flowering bushes, mature trees and tall bird of paradise plants that look like banana trees. Everything you could possibly need in a functional home and kitchen.

JUST AMAZING! From the moment we stepped through the door of our Howard's Properties home in Orlando, we were swept away by an enchanting nautical theme. The delightful decoration, celebrating ships, beaches, sea captains, and vibrant sea life, created such a unique and immersive atmosphere. The personalized welcome board on the dining table, with my names, was such a charming and heartwarming greeting. We also loved the fantastic selection of table games, perfect for some fun family time. The living room was incredibly cozy and relaxing. The pool was an absolute highlight! Brad and Debbie responsiveness was always prompt, kind and friendly. We were particularly grateful for their thoughtfulness in allowing us a two-hour early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, unique, and truly welcoming place to stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This is a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There are nice outdoor areas in the front and back of the property. The inside is CLEAN and comfortable. The kitchen has every gadget and small appliance available. There is even a coffee bar! Also the rental has anything you would want for a day at the beach.

Love this place. The location was great. You can walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, etc. The house was spacious, beautiful and very clean. It had everything you need for the beach, to cook, to watch a launch, which we saw two, etc. I definitely will be returning to this location on my next visit to Cocoa Beach.

George and Melissa were amazing hosts! Their house is stunning, super clean, and was fully equipped with all things needed for a family beach vacation (even with little kiddos). They were very quick to respond to questions, which were pretty minimal because of how organized and detailed their itinerary was. Would highly recommend!

My stay at Kelsys home was short but perfect! There was more than enough space for my crew and her home had everything we needed for the night! I’d live here if I could! Donnetta and her husband are the best AirBnb hosts I’ve come across, hands-down. Our TV had a dark spot on it, we notified them just to give them a heads-up just to let them know, and they replaced it the next day! They even invited us out to a meet and greet with the other guests, complete with refreshments, but unfortunately we had an early flight the next day. We’ll definitely be coming back, though, if we’re lucky enough again to snag a reservation here!! Thank you for being such great hosts!!
