We had a wonderful stay at Rob’s Air BnB the kitchen had everything we needed, the place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the extra touches like a towel with a hood for our toddler and the slippers! We could have comfortably stayed for a couple more nights the location and welcome was wonderful.

This was our second stay here, and it's still absolutely perfect. Highlights were the huge, comfy bed; space to sit and eat by the brook; and beautiful kitchen. We'd also highly recommend the pub in Hesket Newmarket to anyone. Jo & Chris are so helpful with local recommendations, especially for us with tips on places to swim and helping us out with parking during our stay. We've stayed in bad and good weather now and the cottage is completely adaptable for both, and we can't wait to go back!

★ 16th Century Courtyard Cottage at the north edge of Lake District ★ 【 Richard was a warm welcoming host and our family had a wonderful stay here at the Sandstone byre 3-storey, deep in beautiful countryside with fine views to the Pennines & Hadrian Walls 】 In the morning or evening you can enjoy walking in the garden, the room is so cozy & classic also the kitchen is full of amenities. Recommended!!
