Fab pool! Very comfortable accommodation with friendly host. We really enjoyed our family time there. Train station 10 minutes away with free parking. Very good coop near also

We had the most wonderful time here, the host was very kind snd helpful, we even met a few of the neighbours, all really friendly and helpful. The views and peacefulness of this house/area made it so special. Waking up to birdsong and roosters everyday. Everything was perfect, thank you.

Jan's place could not have been better! As advertised..and even better..and Jan was incredibly responsive to everything..INCLUDING being proactive before checkin. She anticipated everything and even when I had one question, she was immediately responsive. Of all my Air Bnb experiences, this was probably my best. She made local recommendations for restaurants, stories and services...all turned out to be accurate. We met Jan and (her husband Emilio--a Doctor--and good to know) and felt more like good friends in their home rather than "tenants." And as a bonus, Jan has researched her property history and has documentation to prove that Leonardo DaVinci -that one--had a role in the areas development. Just a nice touch. Am VERY happy.

What a beautiful styled property to relax and enjoy the Tuscan scenery in a tranquil setting! We stayed in one of the self contained apartments equipped for cooking. An open dining & kitchen area with a floor-ceiling window allowed us to enjoy the breeze; as all windows have mosquito screens. For morning coffee or sunset glass of wine we could adjourn to an outside table and chairs. The immaculate landscaped garden gently slopes down to an infinity pool inviting you to immerse in the cool water or take shade on a garden lounger under surrounding olive trees as you overlook the wonderful country view. With only few occupants we could enjoy the pool exclusively for a time. Cristina has considered everything and a meticulous eye for design and order is evident all around. The beautiful working kitchen and dining area mimic those in interiors magazines and a culinary prowess is apparent if you choose to enjoy Cristina's luxuriant breakfast, which we implore you to experience at least once!

Absolutely beautiful air bnb. The views and surroundings are breathtaking, we loved swimming in the pool whilst looking over the Italian countryside. Leonardo was a great host, always responded quickly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back for another stay.

We loved it! It’s quiet and calm! Was an amazing experience! The hosts were AMAZING! The grounds were amazing and walkable and foliage was a dream! The home was quite comfortable and has everything you need for short or long term stays! If you rent a car there is private parking. You can reach the property without a car via bus or taxi … the last bus leaves at 230 at the Autostazione in Siena, bus 116 monticiano and review the driving directions to see where to get off, but it is the last stop before Tocchi, let the bus driver know and they can help you! It is a half mile walk from the bus stop to the house, so be prepared for a little walk. (We enjoyed the walk and adventure each time we went intosiena whichwas usuallytwice a week. A taxi will run you about 90euros from the train/bus station. The bus runs daily from the airbnb at 630am sharp(bus 116 at the end of the road) and can take you to Siena for amazing sightseeing, shopping and food! Enjoy and love the nature there!

Das Anwesen von der Familie ist ein wares Paradies! Inmitten eines liebevoll angelegten Gartens kann man wunderbar entspannen und mit dem Gravelbike tolle Touren in die Umgebung unternehmen. Im Pool treibend in den Himmel schauen und danach selbstgepflückte Kirschen und Erdbeeren aus dem Obst/Gemüsegarten naschen; was will man mehr. Wir haben Inspirationen für unseren eigenen Garten gesammelt und die Tatkraft der Familie bewundert. Melania, Stefania, Luciano & Marta haben uns das Gefühl gegeben bei Freunden zu sein. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La estadía en esta casa fue realmente espectacular. Todo precioso, limpio, práctico e incluso mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos. Además la casa estaba equipada con todo lo necesario y hasta cosas extras como para cocinar, descansar, abrigarse y todo lo imprescindible para el baño y el resto de los espacios. Pasamos una increíble estadía con nuestra familia, fue el cierre ideal del viaje a Italia. Un lugar maravilloso con muchísima tranquilidad y cerca de muchos pueblos hermosos que visitar. No tuvimos ningún problema con el hospedaje y aún así Frederic estuvo siempre atento a que estuviéramos cómodos. Recomiendo este hospedaje en un 100%. De los mejores en que me he quedado. Muchas gracias por todo Frederic. De verdad estuvo todo impecable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Daniela L’appartement est extrêmement bien entretenu, bien situé pour visiter les alentours delà Toscane et de l’Ombrie. La magnifique piscine est un vrai plus lorsque vous revenez de balade et que vous souhaitez vous rafraîchir. Le petit bémol, la maison n’est pas bien insonorisée, les claquements de la porte d’entrée à cause des allées et venues des résidents sont la seule gêne de cet agréable Airbnb. Très bonne adresse à partager à ses amis !

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wie auch schon beim ersten Mal einfach nur perfekt. Diegos Anwesen ist wunderschön mit Blick auf San Gimignano, es ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch sodass man richtig gut abschalten kann. Das Apartment war super, ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns freuen nächstes Jahr ein drittes Mal zu kommen. Danke an Giorgia für die gute Kommunikation und den flexiblen Check-In.

Great place to stay to sample Tuscan village life. Only Walking distance for several very good restaurants in an idyllic setting. Very informative and welcoming hosts who have an abundance of information to share in order to make your stay more complete .

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Lena. Die Apartments sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick beim Frühstück über die Toskana ist einfach atemberaubend schön. Wer die Chance hat bei Lena und ihren geliebten 4 Beinern zu übernachten - wird sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen und eine wunderbare , ganz besondere Zeit haben, sodass man am Ende gar nicht mehr abreisen möchte.

Verblijven bij Carmine is top. Wij zijn een maand (half april / half mei) bij Carmine en Alessandra in Certaldo geweest en dat kunnen we iedereen aanraden. Niet alleen de ontvangst ( in ons geval heel laat) was ontzettend hartelijk maar gedurende ons hele verblijf hebben we ons heel comfortabel gevoeld, deze host staat altijd open voor vragen, is pro actief met geven van informatie, tips over van alles zoals waar het leuk / lekker/ mooi is om te bezoeken. Daarnaast is het huis hartstikke fijn, het ligt geweldig in het Toscaanse heuvelland, tussen de wijn en olijf boeren, fijne bedden (vinden wij altijd belangrijk vooral als je er langer verblijft) en echt goede wifi wat voor ons belangrijk was om zo ook van hieruit te kunnen werken. De locatie is perfect. Je zit dichtbij Florence, Siena, Pisa, en vele bijzondere andere dorp/stadjes die het bezoeken meer dan waard zijn. De maand was te snel voorbij! Als we nog eens Toscane bezoeken zeker weten bij Carmine en Alessandra!

Cudowne miejsce, wszystko co potrzeba na miejscu. Widok z balkonu najlepszy na świecie. Byliśmy już w Toskanii, ale do tego miejsca wrócimy z wielką chęcią.

This was our favorite place we stayed in Italy and we went to three other locations. The view is unbeatable and so much to do nearby. We went to a few wineries and ate at Malborghetto (Highly recommend for an authentic experience and small town feel!). We hope to come back! Communication with hosts was great. amenities such as the pool, breakfast, the kitchen, were awesome. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marco’s beautiful place! The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The swimming pool and stunning views of the Tuscan countryside created the perfect setting to relax, read a book, or enjoy a glass of wine. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Marco himself—his warm personality and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We highly recommend staying at Marco’s and would love to come back someday!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Having an elevator was a blessing on days we were exhausted and air conditioning in every room meant we didn’t have to melt the few days we had really hot weather. Location is super convenient with the Mercato Centrale, Firenze SMN station, and the Medici chapel just around the corner from us. The grocery store downstairs was well stocked and there’s also a dollar store, pharmacy, and gym nearby.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war perfekt und schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Splendido appartamento situato nel bel mezzo di un borgo storico. Eravamo un gruppo di 5 persone ed abbiamo usufruito senza problemi di tutti i servizi indicati (cucina, bagni,spazi,...). We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Florence! The space is simple yet very practical, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. The building is old, charming, and authentic — a true piece of the city’s history. Having an elevator was a big plus. The apartment is cozy, well laid out, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The neighborhood is wonderful, full of life, with many art galleries, bars, and cozy cafes. The neighbors are friendly and the street is especially beautiful — ideal for peaceful walks. Everything combined made our experience in Florence truly special. Highly recommend!

Four of us stayed for a week, we found the size was more than enough space and allowed for a very relaxed stay. The amenities were good and found it easy to settle in. The Pool table was fun with lots of space to enjoy a night in. It's a beautiful apartment with lovely old decoration perfectly suited to the style of the building. We also found the location very peaceful despite being right in the centre. It's easy to find great local supermarkets and excellent choices for food. We were celebrating my mum's 70th and my brother's 40th and we all had a lovely time exploring Lucca enjoying the local restaurants. Valentina was very friendly and accommodating when we made contact during our stay for a stress free experience. The guidebook was provided was helpful with recommendations for the local area too. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend for a relaxing break and to explore Lucca! Thank you Valentina!

Wir hatten über Ostern einen Tour durch die Toskana geplant und wurden von Romina direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen und ist mit dem Auto über Feldwege erreichbar. Durch die Beschreibungen von Romina konnten weiter das Gelände aber direkt finden. Wir sind mit dem E-Auto angereist und konnten unser Auto problemlos vor Ort laden. Von dort haben wir Siena, San Gimignano und Volterra besichtigt, was alles zwischen 30-50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt liegt. Ansonsten hatten wir auch dort eine schöne Zeit durch die Ruhe vor Ort. Romina und Riccardo haben eine Olivenplantage und stellen eigene Produkte her. Darunter nicht nur Olivenöl, sondern auch Honig und Ätherische Öle. Romina hat uns alles gezeigt und wir durften Öl und Honig probieren. Wir haben direkt auch Ölivenöl und Honig gekauft, um es mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. A beautiful place to stay, very clean and Violetta is a gracious host. She provided excellent information about the local area. My mother was raised in Firenze, so we came many times to visit the family. I picked her place because it was close to where my last Italian family lives. And it's far enough from the touristy Firenze to me beautiful and quiet. Violetta even helped me find info on my cousin. What a beautiful stay! Come and enjoy this beautiful Tuscan hillside area!
