Vacation rentals with lake access in Southside, Jacksonville

Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful area and a very unique stay! Plenty of room. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of privacy. Lots of things to do and entertain right at the location. Had an otter sighting on the river in the back yard. We booked this as a halfway stay on our trip home from vacation, but considering booking again in the future just to start and explore.

Great place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom really needs replacing. Master closet was clean but smelled. But in general it was great. We needed to ship several things for our project but had to ship elsewhere b/c no shipping allowed.

Absolutely loved the house. Updated bathrooms and very comfortable living space made the house really awesome. The pool and trout river were great for easy entertainment. The kids swam daily in the pool and we even had great luck fishing in the backyard! Location is convenient for shopping and dining options. I found that we could get to all of our destinations within 30 minutes with most only being 10 minutes. We didn’t get to go to the zoo, but it was only 5 minutes away! We had two minor issues and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and had the issues promptly resolved which was perfect and top notch. If I had a single issue with anything is that the location has a train that runs periodically and a building up the river has a loud intercom system. I’d say you’ll hear both of these a couple times a day but they aren’t a big deal. If we stay in Jacksonville again, we would absolutely book here again! Wish we would have spent more time fishing in the back yard!

Million dollar views! The home is lovely. Each of the beds is comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen is well equipped. What more could you want? Wait a minute -- the views! The back of the living area is a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking early, I sipped my coffee as I watched the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the birds singing and the gentle sounds as the tide rolled in. The beach is a short walk away. It's a wide stretch of the beach and was mostly empty when we walked it in the early evening. Fernandina Beach is such a nice beach town and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch and afternoon of shopping. You'll enjoy your stay here!

Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

Location is great, hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very close to airport and I-95. Apartment is very clean and plenty of towels for guests.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

This place was just what we needed. Kids loved the farm and the animals. We even got attached to a select few. We have been cramped up from place to place having as many people in our little troop. So being out there was extra nice. We felt very secluded, didn't feel like jacksonville. except for the weather. Definitely would go and stay again.

It’s a nice and quiet place, if you’re looking for a place that you can rest and relax this is a good place for that. Also you are close of everything you could need. And the place has everything you need and something that I love and appreciate it was super clean.
