Really great place to stay with the family, dog included! Had all you would need for a great time to call home whilst at the beach. Kitchen well equipped, practical furnishings and beautiful views right from the home. Thanks Sally and Mark!

We spent a weekend at Sassafras as a family as a surprise for my Mum's 70th Birthday. It is the most beautiful and private location for anyone wanting a true country escape to unwind. A stunning home nestled amongst rolling hills and greenery with breathtaking views. Huge house with a beautiful relaxed vibe, plenty of room for the family to enjoy together, allowing the kids to enjoy activities on the lawn and for the adults to relax and enjoy conversaion and a glass of wine around the fireplace. Sally was an incredible host, extremely friendly, quick to respond with any question and extremely accomodating. Would recommend hands down, we were very happy with our stay!

I will take a minute to express how amazing this place was. We celebrated my brothers birthday day and it was exactly what he needed. A peacful, amazing, private, away from crowds location. Lots of animals and beautiful views from bedrooms. Woke up to sheeps outside, sun shining thru the glass, beautiful river. And we enjoyed the bathtubs even in the cold weather. Other then that, the house had everything we needed, and I mean it when I say it felt like home. Mary-Ann and her family made sure their visitors enjoy their stay at their home. Definitely recommended!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful county house….everything was perfect and so peaceful. The tennis court was a hit with the whole family when we had a sunny day and we loved the fire place once the cooler wet weather arrived. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could ever need to cook up your favourite recipes. I can’t rave about this beautiful place enough…it is really gorgeous and we felt really at home in the beautiful decor and furniture…thanks Meredith

Thank you Sonia and Tim for sharing your gorgeous estate. Everything is available and some many touches make it the perfectly catered escape to the country for visitors. We took advantage of the mountain bike trail and ran / walked the rail trail, browsed Tumbarumba and a fabulous lunch at another local vineyard. The pizza oven, outdoor and indoor fireplaces were a great way to settle down and relax Looking forward to a return in the Spring

The house is very comfortable and well set out. We were a group of 7 and we were able to make meals in the kitchen and eat together in the large dining room. After dinner we all sat together in the spacious lounge room. The bedrooms are far enough away from the lounge room that someone could be watching tv without disturbing other people trying to sleep.

The place was great. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homey place. Location is great. We have enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place. Definitely recommend !! Ash & Antish

Kristine’s property was great! Not only was the location within easy walking distance to the beach and the local cafe, but the thoughtful touches Kristine added made us feel so welcome. Additionally, Kristine was such a friendly and kind host to us, we would gladly stay again.

My family and I recently stayed at Kim's property, and it was an exceptional experience. The house is located on a very quiet and peaceful street, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with short walks to the nearby beaches and shops. Kim was an outstanding host, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. They ensured that our stay was comfortable and even provided some excellent recommendations for local activities and dining spots. The property itself was immaculate and extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described and in great condition. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as kitchen appliances and the ample outdoor space, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The property was very family-friendly, accommodating our 4-month-old baby and small dog with ease. Overall, our stay at Kim's place was fantastic and we gladly recommend it to others.

Very happy with our stay. Obieze was very responsive and the accommodation was very affordable, comfortable and as described. Parking was very convenient along the street and under the allocated parking within the complex.

Even though I never met Maria in person, she was a fantastic host! Communication was smooth and prompt from start to finish, and she made sure everything was ready for my arrival. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for my stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

This is the perfect air BnB while in Bowral. We had two nights here with a little dog and it couldn’t have been better. The place is so gorgeous and there is a safe fenced area so our dog was safe. Just up the road is a great old pub and a few min drive you’re in the heart of Bowral. The accommodation was exceptional with the world’s most comfiest bed and linen. If you’re looking for a beautiful air BnB with or without pets you honestly cannot go past this. We loved it 😊 We cannot wait to return!

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb, and this place is super amazing.The beach view is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The environment is charming and inviting, making it a lovely place to unwind. The backyard is particularly appealing, offering a serene space to enjoy the fresh air,play and do bbq stuffs.Inside, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our host was exceptionally nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a fantastic getaway, this place is a must-try!

We had a really enjoyable stay. Anne and Ian were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property itself was superb starting from the location which was peaceful and private. It was very well appointed and very comfortable. The heated bathroom floors and towel racks were a bonus! Only regret is that we did not have more time to spend at the property. Will definitely return. Highly recommend the place for those looking for restful and tastefully decorated holiday home.

What an incredible place! Some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen. The cabin was lovely, private and cosy with the most incredible views!! Waking up, watching the sunrise with a coffee and friendly horses in the neighbouring paddock made for such a special morning. Brooke has ensured you have everything you could need for your stay including a hot tub which I enjoyed under the stars. If you are looking for an authentic farm stay getaway, hosted by an inspirational woman, look no further!! Highly recommended, I will be back!

Returning to Paul and Denise’s cabin felt like slipping back into a quieter rhythm of life. The countryside still works its magic — firelight each night, a valley that stretches out like a deep exhale. But this time, I wandered further and found even more reasons to love Moruya. The Tuesday Sage Market is a local ritual: fresh seafood, vibrant veg, and a community that makes you want to stay. The Saturday market brings its own surprises. And in town? A brilliant French pâtissier baking baguettes so perfect they transport you. South Head Beach, a short drive away, was all sky, sea, and peace. Paul and Denise still have the magic touch. The cabin is spotless, thoughtful, and completely fenced, so my little dog Indy — more soul than pet — could roam safely and marvel at the wildlife. Would I return? Already booked.

Great place to stay if you like peace and quiet. Wombats and Kangaroos. No fenced in yard for dogs but lots of room to lead walk them. Make sure you bring your own food as there is nothing close by. Bit of a dirt road to get to accommodation, didn’t bother us though.

Ross and Joanne were amazing hosts and the stay was exactly what I was looking for. With their hospitality and advice we had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable despite less than ideal weather. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had been put into the accommodation - for example a fire pit, newspaper, and firelighters were all provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Detailed and clear instructions for the accommodation were provided which I really appreciated, making it easy to use the appliances! Overall this was a beautiful place to stay with kind and welcoming hosts, perfect if you want to explore the nearby coasts and National Parks or equally as perfect for an unplugged getaway in a pristine location.

I can’t say enough great things about this stay! The cabin’s setup and layout were absolutely perfect—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and making it easy to relax and feel at home. The view was truly breathtaking—waking up to those sweeping vistas each morning felt like a dream. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and take it all in. Our host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, offering warm, helpful communication throughout our stay. It made the whole experience feel personal and cared for. The kitchen was functional. It had everything we needed to make simple meals with ease And the location was convenient! Whether we wanted to explore nearby attractions or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Sanja’s place is the most perfect escape! Super comfy bed and well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including the most generous package of food supplies I’ve ever come across in an airbnb (so very handy as it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest shop!). Sitting in the beautiful warm spa watching the kangaroos hop around on the hill and listening to the creek was utter bliss! The rail trail from Tumbarumba to Rosewood was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon - the hamburgers at Rosewood Railway cafe are absolutely delicious (and e-bike hire super easy with rideTumba). Highly recommend Sanjas place - it’s an amazing spot to escape the world, rest and recharge!

We had a wonderful stay. Not only was the place beautiful with thoughtful amenities, but the unique decor also transported us out of our day-to-day world. The atmosphere was cosy and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The modern bathroom was especially nice. Every little detail we didn’t even know we’d enjoy was prepared for us. Overall, it was far beyond our expectations.
