The Flower Shed

Welcome to The Flower Shed. A small magical space in Collector, NSW only 2 minutes off the Federal Highway. The Shed is adjacent to the main house, but is very private. Comfy Sofa bed/couch. We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Built in 1895, this four room cottage has been lovingly renovated as a private guest wing of a larger property. This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. Ideally located just out of town, Tuckerbox Tiny is surrounded hills, overlooks Morley’s Creek and picturesque farmland. It feels like a private country retreat but is only 2km to the Main Street, where you can enjoy breakfast at fantastic cafe’s, bakery, museums, antique shops, Carberry Park, supermarket, etc

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘Eagle Peak Tiny Abode’. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. You are encouraged to view it before it dries up again! We have three accommodation choices on the property so please check out the other two listings!

Separate, Comfortable, Functional, Stargazing.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

The Shed at Penrose

Cosy self Contained Apartment on a small 5 acre working horse training property based in Penrose, Southern Highlands NSW Our apartment can accomodate a couple or a family of 4 making it an easy choice for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the beautiful Southern Highlands. Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Container 1 is small, but it’s comfortable and cosy. A great place to stay, relax and unwind with family or friends ☺️ There is a fire place inside, but just make sure your fire safe 🔥 Otherwise there is a heating/cooling unit that keeps you comfortable whichever the season. Enjoy the fresh air, the bright stars at night 🌟 and the beauty nature has to offer. Pets are welcome - please read other notes 😊
