I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Just a fabulous house, with a quirky but cosy feel, which we felt at home in immediately. Our doggie was delighted with back garden which was really secure for dogs. We loved all the unique touches and the comfortable furniture. It was perfect for the unexpected stay we had to have in Canberra. The Knox cafe was a daily ritual for us, perfect again for dogs also. Contact with Chris and Ivan was a pleasure and they were so quick to answer. This is a comfortable, cosy house exactly as explained in their airbnb description. Nothing was a surprise, but everything was enjoyed. Tku again for your concern and thoughts about our beautiful Brando.

Such an amazing space for a family holiday. So close to the beach, coffee shop and brewery. The place is beautifully renovated, kitchen was amazing to use for cooking our meals at home. Lyndall was great with communication. We will definitely book again!

A Perfect Little Sanctuary in the Heart of Canberra I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Metropol, Canberra. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself is a little sanctuary. It’s beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The interiors are stylish and thoughtfully decorated, making it a truly relaxing space to unwind. Despite being in a central location, it’s incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The host was fantastic—very communicative and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Canberra!

Had a lovely time in Canberra at this property. Communication was great when we needed some assistance finding lockbox and great location. Close enough to walk to town and plenty of amenities around. Would stay again.

Thank you Maree.. we had a wonderful time and great experience. With lot of open spaces , pet friendly arrangements and friendly in house pets.. Our 2 year old labrador felt equally welcome and had an excellent time too.. We would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone who would like to spend some peaceful , yet entraining time in bush-lands.

Our Coolac cabin was just what we needed on our halfway stop to Bright. Excellent for our dog Yogi who felt right at home. One of the farm dogs enjoyed visiting us and happily trotted into the cabin. The surroundings are really lovely with rustic decor. Rachael is so friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Travis apartmebt was even better in person than in the photos. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well laid out and very comfy beds. The kitchen had all of the amenities that we required. Easy walking distance to the Kingston wharf with all of the restaurants and café. Our kids enjoy bike riding, and there was plenty of options, including riding to Questacon and the local parks. Great accommodation for a family. The pool and upstairs area were an extra bonus, but the pool was quite cold- expected for this time of year. We didn’t use the underground parking as there was plenty of parking at the front of the apartment. We would happily stay at Trevor’s place again, thank you for having us.

We loved our weekend stay here so much we didn’t want to leave! It’s a fantastic apartment in an awesome location and it’s dog friendly! It had everything we could possibly need and Milo (our border collie) loved people watching from the picture windows in the living room. Aaron and co-hosts were very helpful and always available if needed. We will definitely be back.

Justin was an amazing communicator. He answered all my question s smaller amount of time and was wonderful in relaying places we should see.

We loved everything about our Airbnb stay! It was perfect for a married couple, their child, and a solo friend. Everyone had more than enough space, the location in Canberra was fabulous, and the beds were super comfortable!

We had the loveliest warmest time staying at Kerstin's beautiful accommodation. The home is located with a majestic outlook. It's furnished with taste and the kitchen is very generously stocked. Experiencing the farm and animal rescue through Kerstin's passion and experience made this an even more memorable experience.

Amy’s place was cosy and warm and nicely decorated . The bed was comfortable and quiet in spite of being in the heart of Braddon . The kitchen was well equipped and generous supplies provided . We took our own coffee machine as my husband only drinks coffee and although lots of places sell coffee nearby he likes one at 6 am and 10 pm ! Plenty of tea supplied and lovely toiletries . We walked to the War Memorial and Lyneham - easy to get around and close to Canberra Centre .

Glenburnie Cottage is a peaceful, country style cottage with an amazing outlook over Tumbarumba. It's within a pleasant and easy walking distance to town. Tom responded quickly to communications and made us feel very welcome. Our wine tasting experience was much appreciated! I highly recommend Glenburnie Cottage for a relaxing and peaceful getaway in a beautiful area to explore.

We loved our stay in Ivy and Kevin’s apartment. It was also lovely that we could bring our dog. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Ivy and Kevin were lovely to deal with if you have any questions while you are staying.

The perfect retreat. We couldn't have asked for anything more, Phil and Lisa are fantastic hosts and made sure that we had an enjoyable holiday. The property setting is spectacular, with views through the bush onto the ocean. Being dog friendly was an added bonus, with a big garden and just a short walk to the beach, the whole family is catered for. We will definitely be returning.

This was a great location for our family and Kelpie pup. The fenced yard was great and allowed us to play fetch. The accommodation is an easy walk to the beach on a flat walkway and the accommodation itself had everything you need for a short or long stay. Gretta was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

Neat and tidy, dog friendly space for a weekend in Canberra. About half an hour's drive from the centre of town. Will need a car to get around. Lots of wide open spaces and bird life around the property. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well equipped. Laundry door was broken. Will not hesitate to stay again.
