Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Southern Tablelands

Alba gardens was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and comfortable, extremely well stocked, warm and welcoming. The gardens were outstanding, endless hours of fun for our kids and a delight to sit in and watch the birds and be in peace. The spa was another highlight and was used multiple times a day by us and the kids. We will definitely be back to stay.

We absolutely loved our time at Woodridge Cannonleigh! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The property is located in a private and peaceful part of the world and there is loads of wildlife (kangaroos, wombats, birds). The house itself has a rustic charm with modern comforts. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and the living spaces are incredibly inviting. Our favourite feature of the Airbnb was definitely the outdoor space. We spent the majority of our time on the deck eating meals and playing board games, and also in the spa which got a good work out! Sadly we ran out of time to use the fire pit but we did use the indoor fire which was lovely. Jane, the host, was fantastic. She gave very clear instructions on getting to the property and gave local recommendations. She was also flexible with our check out time which we hugely appreciated! We definitely recommend Woodridge and would love to come back one day!

This was such a lovely home! After a long time of traveling, it was nice to be able to relax in such a cozy place. From the very nice spa, heated floors, beautiful home and warm greeting and instructions, everything was a delight. The owners decorated for Easter, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Everything was very clean, and it was a nice area as well. It was walkable to town and was a very peaceful and quiet area.

Moon Cottage, with its l smart modern solar design and well-equipped amenities, has a clean, welcoming, lived-in ambience. It boasts commanding views of the extensive surrounding bush through its vast north facing windows. And the large property - a maze of delightful walking tracks cleverly marked by old chairs and wheelbarrows - offers private serenity and ever changing and delightful aspects. Our son tells us watching the stars from the outdoor bath was a memorable experience. My family and I rate this place and the experiences it affords, 10 out of 10!! Our only caveat is to anyone who is not interested in familiarising themselves and complying with House Rules: this place is NOT for you! The House Rules are important so take a bit of time to get your head around them and follow through with the expected behaviour.

Nick’s stay was comfortable and homely, with a heap of amenities to make us comfortable. We stayed with kids and dogs, with plenty of room for both. The backyard is secure and spacious with an awesome back deck area. The house is a moments drive from supermarkets, cafes and a bottle shop. It’s tucked away on a private, quiet road and beautifully appointed. Nick was a responsive host, friendly and easy to communicate with. He was warm and gave clear instructions for access. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kylie and Steve’s place. Kylie and Steve’s place has everything we needed for a relax and entertaining family stay. It’s super clean with lots of personal touches. We loved the pool table, the wood-fire oven, the spa and everything the house has on offer. Kylie and Steve are very responsive and provided very clear instructions on check in and check out process. We would definitely want to come back.

Our stay at The Vale was just beautiful. A peaceful and private little getaway with all the trimmings. We walked into the Villa with beautiful music playing, the fridge was stocked with milk, juice, water, the pantry stocked with cereals, jams and spreads, popcorn, fresh fruit and brownies on the kitchen bench and not to mention the fresh eggs and bread provided for breakfast. The bathroom was spotless, very well stocked with lots of towels and beautiful bathrobes. We were provided with lovely bath salts as well which was an extra touch of luxury. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained, the fire place was full of wood and ready to be lit and there was lot of firewood available at the front of the villa so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We can’t wait to return ! Thank you so much for having us xx

Mark and Sue have created a beautiful oasis retreat that encourages relaxation, mindfulness and wellbeing. The surroundings are tranquil listening to the forest sounds, and you can drive 5 minutes to relax on the beach. We have had an incredible experience that will see me through to my next holidays. I look forward to staying again for longer to experience total relaxation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Mark was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was peaceful surrounded by beutiful nature and the place and cosy and had everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return !

Beautiful location. Short drive to lovely beaches and a great cafe. Spacious, light, bright, clean accomodation. Appreciated the air conditioning, but would have been nice to have aircon or a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

We found the place as the description, the place is great was amazing very peaceful and quiet you can enjoy the surroundings. Sanja always responded and was very friendly. I highly recommended the place.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful farm. The location was stunning—peaceful, scenic, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The property was spotless and clearly well looked after, with every little detail thought through. The outdoor hot tub was an amazing touch and we both found it hard to get out, especially when the sky was lit up with stars. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was nice and hot and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for. It was perfect from start to finish. Brooke was an amazing host, super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommended! We will definitely be coming back.

The accommodation and location was a lovely surprise, a bit off the beaten track but was a great getaway and had some great facilities for such a remote getaway

Highly recommend coming in an SUV, as some parts of the road might be a bit challenging for low-clearance vehicles. Overall, it’s a great spot for a vacation! There’s a pool, billiards, and table tennis to keep you entertained, so it’s definitely not boring at all!
