Townhome vacation rentals in Southern Oregon

Everything was smooth and easy from the beginning. Host was a proactive communicator and the place was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t the cheapest option, but also felt like one of the best ‘bang for your buck’ in regard to size, location, cleanliness, and good price.

My family and I came for the Eugene marathon and Kathy's home could not have been better! Very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area is very beautiful and walkable. We were very close to the start line of the race which was really convenient. I would highly recommend Kathy's place to anyone traveling to Eugene!

This Airbnb had hands down the best stocked and organized kitchen of any I've ever been to. It was easy to cook anything you wanted, we even baked a pie while we were there and there were all the right utensils, mixing bowls, etc that were needed. They provide spices even. I was so impressed! The house was spotless and had great amenities. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in at night.

This place is exactly as described and just what we needed. It felt peaceful yet is a quick car ride to Eugene's many amenities. As noted in the description, we did occasionally hear the neighbors but they were not at all disruptive

Great space for two couples. Clean and had everything we needed. Minor thing, but the hot water was crazy good and fast. That’s a big plus for me. Took us a minute to sort out the thermostat but that was on us. Everything worked well.

This is the second time we have stayed and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Karen is a very responsive host and we just love the peace of the place. It's a little far from Bend but it's such a nice spot that it's worth it. Looking forward to the next time we can make it out there.

Bend is a beautiful place to visit and enjoy local surroundings including Mt Bachelor skiing!

Always satisfying to stay in a place where the photos and description match the physical space! Jerry's place was clean, tidy and easy to enjoy throughout our 6-day stay. Very spacious house and room for the four of us to spread out. The kitchen is stocked for true cooking, and we enjoyed the professional appliances for the limited cooking we did on this trip. We also appreciated the coffee, selection of tea bags and popcorn machine! The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with high-quality bath towels. Distance to Mt. Bachelor and downtown Bend was perfect! Short drive to the mountain in the mornings, depending on the weather and close-in in the evenings to drive into downtown Bend. Would definitely recommend and book again if coming to this location.

Great location in Sunriver, easy walk to Village or Lodge. Beautiful building. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable, with great layout. Everything we needed was provided. We really loved this place and would be happy to come back.

My family often stays at Eagle Crest, and generally in a different spot each time. However, with Amelia's place, we may have found one of the few that we will try to return to in the future! The location is fantastic; it's about a 10 minute walk from the pool/rec facilities, which include 6 very nice pickleball courts. There are also many great walking trails nearby. The house itself is impressive, with a big airy main room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful deck and hot tub with views of the nearby mountains. The space is well equipped, and our kids had a blast playing chess and Scrabble. The BBQ outside is also fantastic and was more than welcome with the surprising 75 degree heat in March.

We had a great time staying here for our annual ski trip. The property was very quiet and clean. We had issues with the hot tub and the host did their best to troubleshoot with us and they even reimbursed us when we could not get it working. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location & perfect for 2 families.

What a well appointed house! More amenities than anticipated; you're in need of nothing if you forgot a sundry. We were delighted after a long drive to see there was the supplies to make a lovely spaghetti dinner. Beach views were delightful. We were all sad to leave. Host communicated effectively and couldn't ask for more.

We had a great stay for a family ski trip to Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family and Diane was the most responsive host, who replied quickly and was super friendly. We will definitely be back to enjoy some more days on the hill and nights in the cozy Sunriver home!

We had a great 24 hours in Eugene, Breyer's place was very comfortable in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The beds were quite comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms for the four of us. I appreciated being able to check in earlier than 3pm. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, and there was plenty of space for our family. We were particularly impressed with how well appointed the kitchen was - super thoughtful!

We have stayed in this condo before as well as the one next door which Eric also manages. It’s very comfortable and feels roomy. There is a great supply of towels, cooking utensils and other amenities. Since it was a warm week we enjoyed the outside patio overlooking a grassy area and a bubbling brook, but on the chilly mornings it was nice to have a big dining table in the sunny eating area for breakfast. We brought our own bikes but there were bikes and helmets for use. We appreciated being able to walk to coffee in the morning as well as all the shops in town. We’ll definitely be back.

The home in Eagle Crest was lovely. Clean and quiet. We appreciated the back patio fence to keep our dog close while we sat outside. Lovely hosts as well!

Great stay! We were able to visit Smith Rock State Park, Crater Lake and McKenzie River area.

Lindsey's place worked perfectly for a quick weekend trip for my mom and I, visiting my brother in Bend. It was a peaceful haven and had all of the accomodations we required. We liked that there were restaurant options at the resort for when we needed something quick or didn't want to travel too far. Our only regret is that our stay was so short that we didn't get to take full advantage of the grounds or Lindsey's local recommendations. There are lovely walking and biking paths throughout and we would have loved to have had the opportunity to enjoy them more. Thank you for everything, Lindsey!
