Le bien se compose d’un grand séjour de trois chambres, dont une avec deux lits simples et deux avec lit double, une cuisine équipée, deux wc dont un séparé, un espace bureau et un grand jardin clôturé et arboré. Elle est agréable, lumineuse et climatisée. Le stationnement est facile devant la maison. Villa on Mont Saint-Clair with sea view and heated pool (May to September). Completely renovated in 2023 in Mediterranean style,the villa is on 2 completely independent levels. The first floor is occupied by a year-round tenant. He is very discreet and has no view of the proposed accommodation. No equipment is shared (neither the swimming pool, nor the exteriors, nor the parking spaces) and accesses are independent.
