You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! This is the very first apartment we had decorated, and we were inspired by Barcelona itself, with its cosmopolitan and modern flair, yet at the same time being a place with a rich culture. With grey as the predominant color tone, we achieved a contemporary, stylish and elegant atmosphere. And be assured that you would not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration (hair dryer, nespresso, kettle... internet TV and of course, wi-fi). We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just at the beginning of this iconic street known for its myriad of activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city´s most dynamic street. Enjoy meals in a modern nook surrounded by large windows in this bright studio. When these windows are opened, the nook feels as if you were in an open balcony. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a fully stacked kitchenette. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. It is also important to note that before we send you the details for checking in, it is obligatory from the local mandate that we receive a foto of your official ID, ie. Passport or National ID for EU citizens, in order to register your visit to the Catalan authority commission*. *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. (Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of 5 August, on the obligation for registration and communication to the Directorate General of the Police of persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia.)

Breathtaking loft

Spacious accommodation with exceptional views of Marseille, next to the magnificent Notre Dame de la Garde church at the top of the hill. It is located 20 minutes' walk from the Corniche and beach as well as the old port city center. Your nights will be under the stars and you will be awakened by the bells of the basilica. A 50 m2 terrace to have your breakfast and meals above the city and the sea. Parties and noise are forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well. Thanks for the neighborhood.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Moderner, gemütlicher Loft-Room (25m2) mit atemberaubender Sicht an sehr diskreter Lage – für eine herrliche Auszeit zu zweit. Lage und Aussicht sind einmalig – und wohl schwierig zu toppen. Erwacht mit einem Schwebe-Eindruck über dem Wasser, dank der Bettposition nahe der Fensterfront und der spektakulären Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee. ***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

La Bâtie – La Loge – View/Jacuzzi/Parking

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for up to 2 people, with a queen-size double bed. Comfort and tradition: exposed beams, air conditioning, fiber-optic internet and a range of TV channels, fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected décor, art exhibition, terrace, balcony, private parking for an additional fee. Shared hot tub with the Tour, our other apartment.

Designer loft 100 m2 near Avignon-Isle sur Sorgue

The 100 m2 independent design loft opens onto a large living space consisting of a living room, open kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine upstairs. The living room has a large leather sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a central island. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and toilet. Both bedrooms have a 160 bed and a closet.
