The apartment is great, everything was clean and tidy. The apartment's decor is beautiful and extremely tasteful. Comfortable beds, great pillows. The condominium's leisure area is perfect, the pool is beautiful and heated! We loved our stay, it was a wonderful experience! We will definitely host there more often!

Everything is worth it! More than perfect view, comfortable room with delicious bed, everything clean, excellent service, amazing location. I would definitely come back. Some details can improve: the shower leaks water into the bathroom making everything wet, we decided to ask for more floor towels. And the room is still clear in the morning even with the curtains closed.

Our stay at Daniela's property was great. The photos and descriptions are true to reality. The place is clean, cozy. The pool area is great. In the parking lot, the apartment's space is next to the elevator. Daniela is an excellent hostess, responds quickly, made our check in more flexible. Returning to Brasilia, we will certainly stay in the property again.

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed too much. We already knew Mairiporã, we took the opportunity to practice Wake in the dam, but the real highlight of this trip was home. It is truly impeccable. In addition to much comfort and many amenities, the view is beautiful and the feeling of being in the midst of nature is unique. Margarete has been an exceptional host since our arrival, taking all the questions and always at your disposal. I will return at another opportunity for sure. ps.: the cinema surprised TOO MUCH and we spent a lot of time there.

Super nice place and correspondent with the advertised! It is located on the chilly-bubzio highway, 15 minutes from the center of both! The host couple is responsive and quickly responds to requests! We look forward to returning soon!

Wesley's house is fantastic. if you need a place to really rest, I indicate with my eyes closed his house. The structure itself is impeccable. The play of having a projector both in the rooms and in the living room, with that little popcorn machine, was a delicious experience. O maximoooo.. the warm ofurô, a delight. Worth every minute la. New house, wonderful, very faithful to the photos. The house is very well equipped, with new and modern appliances, quality bedding and towels, perfect to accommodate people with quality and comfort. The outdoor area of the house has a very nice space with a swimming pool and barbecue area. The condominium in which it is located is great, with a fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sports court, beach tennis court, playground and in addition to some swimming pools scattered around the condominium. The condominium also offers beach service with chairs and a sun guard.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is of the dreams, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Clean, modern, well-equipped house with a sensational view. We will definitely be back soon!!!

Wonderful house: beautiful, very comfortable and super-equipped. No negative points. The gym, pool table, pool table and outdoor kitchen made all the difference to have a perfect stay. From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

The condominium has a lot to do, but there is a lack of attention on the issue of light, it rained a little bit the light is over. Stripping this detail was all very nice.

The apartment is the same was announced and the condominium contemplates everything necessary to meet the stay if you do not stroll through the city one of the days. As it is located in the Olympic Park, it is a bit far away but to use transportation it is quiet as there are nearby BRT stations leading to the subway. The hostess was requested and served us with education and everything else. I recommend airbnb, even more for shows at Farmasi Arena.

Second time staying in this apartment. We really liked the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to downtown Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that would prevent me from renting again, but because I like this apartment, I am making this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

The accommodation is excellent. It is located on the most popular beach in Ubatuba, has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. The host is very polite, explains all the steps for hosting, gave tips about the city. The condominium has several attractions for those who stay there. I recommend the accommodation and hope to return on another occasion.

The truth is that it has been one of my best stays on Airbnb. From the treatment with Evandro, to every attention and the apartment has been IMPECCABLE. I am already organizing everything to return in December, both my daughter and my wife were fascinated with everything the apartment had.
