We really appreciate the tranquility of the place because it is at the back of the condominium. Along the avenue where it is located, the Coopebuzios minibuses pass by every 5 minutes, taking you to all the beaches at a very low cost. It is just a few blocks from Rua das Pedras with a wide variety of cuisine and shops of all kinds. The condominium doormen were very friendly. The whole place is very well maintained, the house is beautiful, very comfortable and with everything you need to have a nice stay. Super recommended!

Paul's studio in Bixiga is awesome. I had a great longterm stay. It is private and peaceful while being right in the middle of everything in São Paulo. The bed is good, the kitchen and bathroom had everything i needed and I was able to do all of my work over the wifi. There are many markets and restaurants in the area and it always felt safe. Bixiga is a culturally significant neighborhood, but you can always walk to Paulista to get all the malls and the metropolitan experience. There is a bikeshare close by and there is a lot of bus and walking accessibility. Paul is really friendly and willing to help if needed. The other folks in the complex are nice and no one bothers anyone. It was great to find peace like this in São Paulo!

It was pretty cool. I went to write and rest. The house is very cool, the condominium is quiet. Figueira still has a better structure, but the lagoon is a charm. I miss you already. The beach is beautiful, desertic, but very dangerous.

Very well equipped and cozy house. It serves very well 4 couples. From to get going to the beach plus this can take about 10 minutes. Roseli was super attentive and quick to respond when needed.

Luciana is an excellent host! From the first moment she was very quick in her responses, helping to have the best experience. The apartment is a good size We were 2 families with small children and we didn't have any problems. The kitchen is super well-equipped, it has thousands of pots, glasses, plates, everything you need to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in peace. The condo is very good and well maintained. It has games for the kids (outside and inside), and the beachfront location is unbeatable. All of 10! We'll choose Luciana again for future vacations. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time at Sérgio's house! We felt at home! We had happy days in a fully equipped, comfortable, clean and organized home. It had everything we needed and more (including board games that made Sunday fun)! Sergio was very kind and attentive to my family! We appreciate the attention, the attention to detail and the stay! Roberta's condominium is one of the best in Juquey. It was the third time I stayed there. Roberta's house surprised me, it was the best of all. Wonderful space, well maintained and extremely clean. She offers bed, table and bath linens, which makes the trip extremely easy and everything is of the highest quality. The kitchen is fully equipped, in fact it is more than my own home. There is nothing missing in this house. I recommend it to the entire Airbnb community. I am very grateful to the entire team that received us and helped us with everything.

Great house. In a safe condominium, a safe beach. The house had everything we needed! Very close to the beach, very good for relaxing. Some (non-critical) observations: the barbecue is in an uncovered place, if it has rain, wet the barbecue; the ladder is dangerous for those with a small child (and Abel warned us about this before we close), if the parents don't care about being on top of the child all the time to go down and climb the stairs, it's worth it. We intend to return soon! Abel is very kind and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the house and everything in it. The Deck in the outdoor area was an attraction for my daughter who loved to enjoy the fish. Kika was a great host... always attentive to my requests and still accepted my Pet that snapped in the outside area. Super recommend Kika's house. The complete kitchen and laundry tb. I want to return.

The place is clean, organized and very safe, quiet neighborhood, the house matches the description, but in person it is perfect, the hosts are polite, communication is great, and they have been flexible with checkout, I will certainly come back more times to stay longer.

Very nice accommodation, a little away from the area where we had activities that was Ipanema and Copacabana . But everything is very Good and André showed predisposition and fixed problems we had With water and internet. Recommended. Private and safe neighborhood

Rodrigo was always very helpful in answering questions and helping with whatever was needed. Each one is close to the beach, with the possibility of getting around on foot.

Very good, quiet and well equipped place, smelling bedding and clean towels, the place was impeccable and still with the kindness of a little coffee! We took our two pets, Mrs. Fatima promptly assisted us with a grill to put on the door, very solicited and friendly. Complimentary and loving check out! We highly recommend!

The stay was perfect in all aspects. The house exactly matches the photos and description. It quietly sleeps 7 people. The location is perfect, approximately 100mts from the beach and the path is by a trail that starts within the condominium, totally safe. There are 2 restaurant options in the same block of the house. Host Rosemary and caretaker Eduardo are extremely helpful and she responds to messages in a timely manner. With ctz we will return and recommend it to everyone. I recommend it
