We had an amazing experience in the accommodation! We were greeted by Bia, an extremely polite, attentive and cordial person. She explained to us all the details of the house and remained available for any questions throughout the stay, which made all the difference. The place is simply paradisiac and corresponds exactly to what is described in the listing, as well as being the same as the photos. The beauty of the place is even more impressive in person! Access to the property is easy and close to the highway. Although the road is dirt, it was in great condition, with recent maintenance, which ensured a smooth and smooth commute. I recommend this accommodation to everyone looking for an amazing experience, surrounded by nature and exceptional service!

Great house, beautiful location

We love the house, super cozy! Well located, close to the beach, markets, and the center. Kitchen with lots of utensils, large yard (great for those with pets). Super recommend it!

Wonderful place! Simple and functional cottage, perfect view and with plenty of privacy. The sea was calm so we were able to get in, the pool was also very nice. Space for those who like isolation, we spent the weekend there and stayed there alone. We'll be back for sure!

What a gem of a place Marcos has! We were in a bit of a pickle having gotten stuck at the island with the heavy rains & had to switch air bnbs. Marcos responded quickly, was flexible with checkin times, provided not only very clear instructions but video guidance. Space and place itself is stunning. Views for days, wonderful amenities, safe neighbourhood (literally keys left on doors level of safety), comfy beds. We would recommend having a car but do not have a single negative comment here. Had an incredible time, enjoyed the sun when it graced us with its presence and during rainy afternoons, we played games, had drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, Mr Octávio welcomed us very well, we felt at home, gave us the great options of tours and restaurants. The house very cosy and comfortable, I loved the garden with a lot of nature, we can see toucans and squirrels. The nearby beach (Julião), beautiful beach, we can see a wonderful sunset.

The bungalow is very good. We liked everything, the condominium, the wonderful beach in front, the tranquility. Nothing to complain about. I recommend it and intend to return.

Que Estádia marvellous!! Mr. Nelson always request and fast from the first contact, before we even close the stay. The house? Marvelous!! A bungalow delight, beautiful and comfortable, and very close to the beach. Very well equipped, we don't miss anything. A wonderful kitchen, the barbecue with the common area, a delight!! Many plants, comfortable beds, a beach kit that helped a lot!! Networks everywhere! D. Vânia, a sweet person, extremely attentive to my family, affectionate with my boy, always available. It was a perfect stay, we felt at home. When we return to Maresias, this house will undoubtedly be our only option!

The accommodation is excellent! Great location (you can walk to the beach and the Square). The cottage is comfortable and cozy with balcony and hammock allowing a pleasant contact with nature. Nestor welcomed us very well, being super attentive and kind at all times, guiding us on the place with tips that were very helpful. We loved it!

My family (my wife and young daughter) and I loved the space and had a great stay. The place is very beautiful and well maintained, with spacious and very clean rooms. Milena, who takes care of the organization and cleaning, is very helpful and polite and helped us a lot during the stay. Marco and Flaviana, who own the space, are very friendly and proactive, offering us all the support we need. The location of the inn is very good, being very close to the center. You can easily walk to the center, but we preferred to go by car, as I was with my young daughter. We stayed a little on the beach across the street from the inn, but it's a very quiet beach to stay on and a good option to spend the day. It was our first time in Arraial and the stay at Marco's place was perfect, we would definitely come back on another occasion!

The property is beautiful!! Very green, really quiet to stay. The location is great, it's right in front of the main restaurants and bars of Santa Teresa. Everything is within walking distance!

Alice's house is a very special place, in communion with nature, close to the beach, well equipped and very cozy. Alice was an excellent host, attentive and always present. I highly recommend it.

The stay was amazing, the view from the bungalow is unique and the Airbnb setting was sensational. I felt hosted in a movie setting; I highly recommend it.

It was very good, the bungalow is a cute, rustic, simple, but comfortable, we barbecue,we made coffee at home, were very pleasant days.
