This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

We are me and my family regretting that we did not stay longer. Everything exactly as it appeared here, all very clean, organized and cozy. I am in love too much and are already going to make plans to return for the next vacation. It was very worth it. Obg dona Jane. All incredibly perfect

The chalet corresponds to the photos, is cozy and great for relaxing. We chose the site to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and met our expectations. Over the hill, it was very quiet, my car is 1.0 and climbed without any difficulty. For those who are used to the slopes and shortcuts from the top of the good view, will take it by hand. During the day we didn't see any mosquitoes. However, at bedtime, several appeared and even with repellent, only improved by turning on the air-conditioning, so there is the tip. I further emphasize that the mosquito net was torn, so it did not help. The hot tub was not so clean and by connecting the hydro de facto, the water came out with a strange smell and more dust. The chickens woke us up early, 4:24. As much as the loft is right on the slope, there are other residences around and we wake up a few times in the morning with motorcycles and cars going up. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The apartment is very beautiful! It has everything you need for a very good stay! The area is very safe, close to everything! Elisa always helped us with everything. He was flexible in allowing our stuff to leave until later our flight was leaving. We'll be back!

For some years now we have been staying, periodically, in Silvia's apartment. We feel a little at home now. Everything is always in order, clean, with good amenities that make for a pleasant stay. Excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood and close to refreshment points, pharmacies and buses and also to a theater, the Tuca. We arrived at the location very easily and had no difficulty checking in or entering the apartment. There is a shopping mall nearby, as well as a market in the building for those who need to buy more basic things. Daniel was super helpful at all times I needed. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. I was worried because it was cold that day, but they had warm covers that worked perfectly. He thought about every detail! Our stay was very quick but the experience was worth it. I highly recommend it!

I really liked Patrícia's apartment. Great location, market right in front, restaurants, bakery and Frei Caneca shopping mall very close. Well-equipped, comfortable and exactly as described. The highlight for me is having the washer and dryer and the electric clothesline. It was super helpful. Perfect stay! I recommend the place and would like to stay here again.

I had a great stay, clean, organized and cozy loft. Great location close to restaurants, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets... you can walk to the beach. The host Paulo was very attentive and responded to us quickly. I highly recommend it !

Great place to stay. Coordinating to get in and out was super easy, plus the place was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Very well furnished. It is downtown but located rather a little away from where all the action is, you stay in a quiet part but you have the whole center close by and several beaches, either to walk or take an Uber. Super fast in all responses every time we communicate. I recommend it!

You'll find a very cool and very clean studio; you also have all the things you need for a few or many days. I stayed for 15 days and everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back! The garage for the car and the washing machine is a plus of this stay! The location is perfect! Local guaranteed!

We already live in the area and we love to visit it. There are good restaurants and good pizzarias. It is safe and there are facilities of the military police: academy of officers, hospital…The green of the place: Jardim França, Palmas do Tremembé, Jardim Floresta, Horto Florestal and Serra da Cantareira itself, encourages us to walk and enjoy the landscape. The Lofts and host Fernando are the high points of the accommodation.

I was delighted with the care and zeal that hosts have with their guests. Extremely clean, organized environment, there were some welcome foods in the property which made me feel welcome and expected. Everything carries excellence in the accommodation. They are not just there to make money but to provide you with an amazing experience. I thank you for the affection and care that has been shown in the organization of the environment. I did not talk to the hosts much because it was on a very tight schedule, but all love was passed by the way the property was ready for our lodging. To everyone who chooses this accommodation will not regret it is simple but it is full of love and Excellence!

Very well located apartment, ideal for those who want to spend time in São Caetano. Air-conditioning, TV, kitchen utensils, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend it and intend to return.
