Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Yuba River

The four of us enjoyed our stay. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, (which is one of the criteria I look for in an Airbnb) there were plenty of towels, linens and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Jani.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Diann's place is very nice, clean and much like the pictures! We enjoyed BBQing in the little patio and loved playing ping ping! We definitely recommend it and would come back!

Eva’s home is a peaceful, beautiful retreat, with the sound of wind in the trees, birds, and a running creek. The many windows and deck magnify the natural beauty and privacy of the location. The house is well laid out, spacious and airy, with a marvelous gourmet kitchen and welcoming master suite. ADA accessibility and central heating/AC make it comfortable for everyone. Furnishings are uncluttered and relaxed. It is a delightful place to stay at home and enjoy!

Shannon's place is comfortable and conveniently located a short distance from the Nevada County Fairgrounds. It was a great location to return to after spending hours at a music festival to rest and refresh before heading back to the fairgrounds. The backyard patio is especially enjoyable in the morning. Lots of flowers, birds and beautiful trees contribute to the peaceful surroundings.

This place really made our stay beautiful. The morning sunrise views were amazing. The house was clean and cozy. If we are ever back in the area, I know my husband and I would definitely stay here again if it's available.

We traveled for a wedding with our adult children. Sarah's place fit the bill perfectly for us. The house was great and as advertised. Sarah was very clear with instructions but also friendly to deal with. Extremely good price for the house. Thank you so much for opening your house to us

We had a great time at Rocky's place. The property was beautiful, private and comfortable. The home had everything we needed and more. It was centrally located and nice to be so close to the local mountain store and the lake. Rocky and Sean were very responsive and we greatly appreciated it! We would definitely book this property again!

This was a very easy place to settle into. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen has all the essentials with plenty of counter space for ease when preparing meals. The cabin is exactly how it looks in the pictures— quiet, peaceful, and private. Host is friendly and willing to accommodate whatever we needed. We visited during May and spring had sprung, so bugs and wildlife were very present, but it is a cabin in the woods, so it’s kinda expected. Our dog felt right at home. We hope to visit again soon! This is a beautiful place to stay and I would say better than expected. Everything was very clean, the furnishings were beautiful and relaxing... and there was fruit, scones and croissants waiting for us in the kitchen when we arrived. The bed and bedding was very comfortable upstairs with a cute kitchen and dinette downstairs. Bri met us at the door when we arrived to give us the key. My best friend and I travel together and enjoy trying out new places. I highly recommend staying here :)

Staying at Elizabeth's place in Grass Valley was a joy. Parking was just steps away from the wonderfully air-conditioned ground floor spacious apartment. With great restaurants and shopping just a short walk away and our friend's band performing at the pub across the street, this really was the most perfect spot! Elizabeth responded to a question quickly. When coming back this way we will most certainly check to see if her place is available again.

Staying with Danny & Joanie was like staying with old friends. Communication was quick, clear, friendly & welcoming. Close to town feeling worlds away. Their place was as described. The pictures cannot encompass the serenity or breathtaking beauty of the panoramic views from the large deck. The swimming hole was absolutely amazing! They had numerous sitting areas by the water & it was exquisitely peaceful. The water was so refreshing on a warm summer day & the waterfalls & pools were simply gorgeous. That swim was certainly one of the highlights of our journey, as was meeting Danny & Joanie. They were so kind & thoughtful, making sure all our needs were met without ever being intrusive. The bed & couch were comfy. The kitchen & bathroom had all the essentials along with many little touches like flashlights by each bedside. We enjoyed meals out on the expansive deck. We left refreshed & feeling we had 2 new, wonderful friends. We highly recommend their place for a comfy & relaxing stay.

This was our second stay with Merry. A perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! She is a wonderful host and her property is lovely! Proximity to downtown makes it a nice short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. Deer Creek trail is a short hike as well and a beautiful experience. We told Merry we were going to a concert in the park and she provided us with folding chairs, which made our experience perfect! We visit NV City a couple of times each year and Merry's Garden Suite is our new favorite!

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Peggy was great & her unit, though small, was uncluttered , very comfortable & very well stocked. The crowning feature was the lovely, peaceful & cool backyard. Our 4 year old granddaughter lived visiting

Paul’s place is spacious and inviting. The quiet woodsy location was serene but still accessible to town and our daughter was absolutely bananas for the zip line!
