Villa vacation rentals in South-Western FInland

Mukava ja rauhallinen paikka. Vastasi hyvin odotuksia. Mahtuu hyvin isommallakin porukalla.

Kaisu's place is a wonderful old farmhouse , close to frequent bus lines to town & several grocers. 6 of us shared the house for a week, with private rooms & large community living spaces. Kaisu's husband & young son came over to show us how to operate the lovely sauna, & shared the history of the home, which was once their own. The green outdoor space is planted with mature apple trees. We found ut to be a peaceful oasis.

The cottage was great, and it had a very peaceful environment!! The host was especially nice and helpful. I had a great weekend with my friends!!

Beautiful scenic views, comfortable spaces, very well appointed kitchen , great saunas, lovely area. A gem of a place to stay.

Villa Kuovi on erinomainen kohde rauhaa ja tanskalais-suomalaista hyggefiilistä rakastaville. Mökki on todella tilava kuudelle hengelle ja tarjoaa samanaikaisesti pientä arjen luksusta yhdistettynä cozynessiin :-) On myös hintansa arvoinen! 1971 rakennettuun mökkiin liittyy aina omia juttujaan mutta ne kuuluvat asiaan. Tomi on virittänyt opastuksen erittäin hyvälle mallille sekä suomeksi että englanniksi. Kiparluoto ja Kustavi alueina tarjoavat paljon luontonähtävyyksiä niin sateella kuin paisteella. Kannattaa pakata mukaan kaikki varusteet uimahousuista Goretexiin ja paksuun villapaitaan!

House is decorated very pretty - feels like you step into a page of a magazine. House as a whole has an interesting design - it's circular, so you literally can have a feeling of "walking in circles" until you get used to it, it's nice though, almost fairy-tale like. There's plenty to read, lots of magazines and books around. The kitchen is well stacked with essentials like frying pans and such. There are pretty glass ware and teacups to enjoy tea from, basically all you need to eat in comfortably. The upstairs bedroom is pretty and spacious. Bed is comfortable and large. The bathtub and sink in the upstairs bedroom is in the bedroom area itself, pretty design. Toilet upstairs has its own section, right next to bedroom, important to notice though - there is no door between toilet area and bedroom itself. There's very good ventilation so bedroom does not retain any unpleasant scents, if you know what I mean, so it is still very convenient. The toilet section is prettily designed just like the bedroom and spacious. There's a sauna (via door from the toilet area), so if you are into that talk to Timo ahead to have it set up for you. Upstairs bedroom also has a small balcony with some pretty wines all over it, large main window. The view over the lake is spectacular, breathtaking trully. To note - you can't go down (at least to my knowledge), as the house is on a steep mountain. The downstairs 2 bedrooms are very simple, small rooms with sliding beds. The beds are comfortable, however when the second one slide out then there's only a small area to walk. It's no problem though, as they're just used for sleep. The tv section is tricky - it has a very comfy reclining chaise, but not much room for other people, so ideally there's just room for 1 person to watch tv, unless you bring in chairs from the dining area of living room. Dining area has a wonderful, huge table, very convenient, comfortable chairs and close to kitchen section. Downstairs shower room - has 2 shower heads next to each other (no partition in the middle), and then there's another sauna room. There's also washer and dryer room. Outside of house is decorated very pretty too - there are multiple sitting areas and the views are just lovely all around. There are also a row of apple trees on the driveway! Very tasty apples! Overall, great experience, good communication with the owner and very well put together place. I would rent there again if I go to Finland. Oh also, there's music system, so pretty much rainy days are no problem - there will be something to do inside. Sitting on the white couch and watching rain over lake view was a profound experience, very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Timo's house! Thanks Timo and Anti for everything:)

Séjour fantastique dans un petit coin de verdure. La maison est magnifique et reposante. Idéal pour se ressourcer 🙂

We had a lovely stay at Maria's place. The house is big, spacious, beautiful and clean. House is located in a beautiful setting and Maria was also very friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend Maria's house! :-)

Kaikki sujui hienosti ja meidät huomioitiin hyvin. Tekemistä riitti pienillekin lapsille. Kiva, kun pelastusliivejä oli useampaa kokoa. Mukava viikonloppu, hyvillä mielinsuosittelen :)

Aivan ihana paikka, jos pidät kuvista, ihastut vielä enemmän paikan päällä. Vietimme ihanan viikonlopun ystävien kanssa. Kaikki sujui niin hyvin kuin toivoa saattaa. Näimme jopa revontulia, mikä loi vaan lisää maagisuutta ihanaan ympäristöön. Ehdottomasti suosittelen muillekin.

Vietimme polttarijuhlia illallistaen ja lisävuoteilla mahtui helposti 10 henkilöä yöpymään. Toimme omia koristeita, jotka olivat turhia, kun tila itsessään oli niin kaunis ja koristeellinen. Keittiötilat ja -tarvikkeet olivat käytännöllisiä ja kattausta varten sai käyttää kaunista astiastoa. Minna antoi selkeät ohjeet majoittumiseen liittyen. Suosittelen paikkaa ystäväporukan juhlien järjestämiseen. Kiitos!

Aivan ihana paikka! Upeat näkymät järvelle ja rantasauna oli taianomainen.

This house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our 1 week stay in Lempaala. We loved the sauna raft and hot tub. We were traveling as a family of four with two kids and this house had all the room we needed. The yard was great for the kids to play and the kids loved jumping into the freezing cold lake after spending time in the sauna raft. The kitchen drawer were labeled in english and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The under floor heating was a life saver and the washer/dryer was a great addition with kids who get muddy and wet in the snow. We loved this place and would come back again when we stay in the area! Sebastian the host was great! He gave clear communication and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house had very clear instructions to operate all aspects of the house!

An absolutely stunning place in beautiful surroundings. The host Matti was very helpful and communicate, there is tons of space, very good amenities (especially considering the place is on an island in the Baltic!), the fishing in the area is great, the small bay is peaceful and pretty, the saunas and hot tubs are good, there are interesting historical things to see in Dalsbruk and Västanfjärd. Highly recommend for an extended family or a group of friends.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. L’hôte est très réactif et arrangeant concernant l’heure d’arrivée. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : un grand jacuzzi, un sauna pouvant accueillir jusqu’à quatre personnes, ainsi qu’une belle pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, idéale pour des moments conviviaux. La cuisine dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire pour préparer de bons repas, et les lits sont très confortables. Seul léger bémol : nous avons eu l’impression de nous sentir un peu surveillé par la voisine lorsque nous étions dans le jacuzzi.

Majoitus on todella siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja tilava. Omistajan kanssa kommunikointi on helppoa ja tavoittaa aina sekä kaikki oli tehty kirjautumisesta lähtemiseen todella helpoksi. Sijainti on omassa rauhassa, mikä on iso plussa. Meidän porukka oli äärimmäisen tyytyväisiä, 6/5.

Nice place to spend time with your friends and family. Jacuzzi is a highlight which accommodates 10 to 12 people easily.
