The beautiful and cozy apartment has a stunning location in Hämeenpuisto, opposite the Työväenteatteri. Just a stone's throw away from Laukontori and the city center. The apartment has been freshly renovated and the 6th floor has a lush view of Hämeenpuisto. When closed, the windows keep the street sounds away. There is a small elevator in the house. The apartment has a motorized double bed and sofa bed (approx. 120 cm), a large TV, internet, blackout curtains, a fan and a cooling device. Bright, well-equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located right in the city center, but the sounds of the city are not heard in the apartment. The market square is just a block away. The railway station and bus station are about 1 km away. There are good shopping opportunities nearby, e.g. The Hansa shopping mall is across the street. The sleeping area has a 140 cm wide bed and the sofa can also be turned into a 140 cm wide bed if necessary.
