Unique lakeside house near Tampere

The house is on a beautiful lake in the finnish countryside, the surroundings and the views from the windows are magical. The place is really quiet and relaxing; the house is well furnished and has everything you could hope to find, including a private sauna. The communication was very prompt, we hope to stay here again in the future!

It was really nice to stay in Ambree's apartment. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and clean. We found everything we needed, and we got some great tips and help from Ambee if we needed it. Everything went great. Highly recommended!

The chalet has unbeatable lake views and the design and interior felt very luxe. The sauna was awesome! However, the layout of the chalet made it a tight squeeze for our family of three. It’s definitely better suited for a couple. The resort was unfortunately deserted in July, the facilities mostly closed, and it felt a bit lacklustre. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a calm and quiet couple of days, I’d recommend the place!

I stayed here whilst working at the Hospital nearby for a week. Kelvin was very friendly and replied to my queries quickly, so planning my trip was very easy. He was there on arrival to give me my keys, show me around and tell me the house rules - then he pretty much left me to it! The room is downstairs and was quite private so I came and went as I pleased. There are buses available nearby but I walked to work and into Tampere centre which didn't take too long. Recommended.

Sanna was a great host. She also let me check in a little earlier to leave my suitcases she even invited me to have a delicious coffee. Nice place to stay, probably the closest rentable one to Puuhamaa amusement park. Felt like home. The whole place seems a lot like a traditional village house. Furniture and all of the place feels a bit old, maybe like eighties or nineties. The host is really great and helpful. The breakfast that is included in price is also very nice. Not a lot of space though, only one not a very big room which has 3 beds. The good thing is that the window has really good curtains which block Finnish summer bright night completely.

Lea's house is conveniently located in terms of public transportation and everything is within walking distance. Going to the bus stop to the airport takes around 5 minutes and to the city centre around 10 minutes. Her one-hundred-old house has beautifully remained and interesting. Although the floor is not necessarily barrier-free, I really enjoyed staying in her house. Lea is very flexible and well-supported during my stay even remotely. Thank you, Lea!
