Stay was excellent, responsive host, great location!

Kaisu's place is a wonderful old farmhouse , close to frequent bus lines to town & several grocers. 6 of us shared the house for a week, with private rooms & large community living spaces. Kaisu's husband & young son came over to show us how to operate the lovely sauna, & shared the history of the home, which was once their own. The green outdoor space is planted with mature apple trees. We found ut to be a peaceful oasis.

The cottage was great, and it had a very peaceful environment!! The host was especially nice and helpful. I had a great weekend with my friends!!

Beautiful scenic views, comfortable spaces, very well appointed kitchen , great saunas, lovely area. A gem of a place to stay.

Tomis villa is so nice with floor to ceiling windows, cosy fireplace and stylish peaceful decor. The kitchen is well equipped, with cutlery & glasses for a bigger crowd. The sauna & bathroom is modern and clean and the prefilled hot tub was a nice touch. The open light architecture with large windows towards the sea is impressive. Nice wooden decks with great views. Nice touch with easter greeting and fresh plants, very stylish decor with nice artwork. We will definitely come back again!

House is decorated very pretty - feels like you step into a page of a magazine. House as a whole has an interesting design - it's circular, so you literally can have a feeling of "walking in circles" until you get used to it, it's nice though, almost fairy-tale like. There's plenty to read, lots of magazines and books around. The kitchen is well stacked with essentials like frying pans and such. There are pretty glass ware and teacups to enjoy tea from, basically all you need to eat in comfortably. The upstairs bedroom is pretty and spacious. Bed is comfortable and large. The bathtub and sink in the upstairs bedroom is in the bedroom area itself, pretty design. Toilet upstairs has its own section, right next to bedroom, important to notice though - there is no door between toilet area and bedroom itself. There's very good ventilation so bedroom does not retain any unpleasant scents, if you know what I mean, so it is still very convenient. The toilet section is prettily designed just like the bedroom and spacious. There's a sauna (via door from the toilet area), so if you are into that talk to Timo ahead to have it set up for you. Upstairs bedroom also has a small balcony with some pretty wines all over it, large main window. The view over the lake is spectacular, breathtaking trully. To note - you can't go down (at least to my knowledge), as the house is on a steep mountain. The downstairs 2 bedrooms are very simple, small rooms with sliding beds. The beds are comfortable, however when the second one slide out then there's only a small area to walk. It's no problem though, as they're just used for sleep. The tv section is tricky - it has a very comfy reclining chaise, but not much room for other people, so ideally there's just room for 1 person to watch tv, unless you bring in chairs from the dining area of living room. Dining area has a wonderful, huge table, very convenient, comfortable chairs and close to kitchen section. Downstairs shower room - has 2 shower heads next to each other (no partition in the middle), and then there's another sauna room. There's also washer and dryer room. Outside of house is decorated very pretty too - there are multiple sitting areas and the views are just lovely all around. There are also a row of apple trees on the driveway! Very tasty apples! Overall, great experience, good communication with the owner and very well put together place. I would rent there again if I go to Finland. Oh also, there's music system, so pretty much rainy days are no problem - there will be something to do inside. Sitting on the white couch and watching rain over lake view was a profound experience, very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Timo's house! Thanks Timo and Anti for everything:)

It's a lovely place, if you like the photos, you'll love it even more. We had a wonderful weekend with friends. Everything went as smoothly as you hope it could be. We even saw the aurora borealis, which created just more magic in the wonderful surroundings. Definitely recommend to others.

An upscale, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated home. It was a pleasure spending the weekend here!

We had a bachelor party dinner, and the extra beds could easily accommodate 10 people. We brought our own decorations that were useless when the space itself was so beautiful and decorative. The kitchen facilities and supplies were functional, and you could use a beautiful set of dishes. Minna provided clear instructions about the stay. I recommend this place to host a group of friends parties. Thanks!

Lovely place! Amazing views of the lake and the lakeside sauna was magical.

This house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our 1 week stay in Lempaala. We loved the sauna raft and hot tub. We were traveling as a family of four with two kids and this house had all the room we needed. The yard was great for the kids to play and the kids loved jumping into the freezing cold lake after spending time in the sauna raft. The kitchen drawer were labeled in english and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The under floor heating was a life saver and the washer/dryer was a great addition with kids who get muddy and wet in the snow. We loved this place and would come back again when we stay in the area! Sebastian the host was great! He gave clear communication and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house had very clear instructions to operate all aspects of the house!

An absolutely stunning place in beautiful surroundings. The host Matti was very helpful and communicate, there is tons of space, very good amenities (especially considering the place is on an island in the Baltic!), the fishing in the area is great, the small bay is peaceful and pretty, the saunas and hot tubs are good, there are interesting historical things to see in Dalsbruk and Västanfjärd. Highly recommend for an extended family or a group of friends.

We had a great stay at this chalet. The host is very responsive and accommodating regarding arrival time. The chalet is perfectly equipped, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay: a large hot tub, a sauna that can accommodate up to four people, as well as a beautiful living room with open kitchen, ideal for convivial moments. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare good meals, and the beds are very comfortable. Only slight downside: we felt a little watched by the neighbor when we were in the hot tub.

Incredible location and amazing amenities. Worth the price and I will be looking into staying here again.

Nice place to spend time with your friends and family. Jacuzzi is a highlight which accommodates 10 to 12 people easily.
