You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Refurbished in 2021, Ty'r Felin is a modern three-bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. It boasts a log burner and a six seater hot tub. Castle Park Cottage is a self contained bungalow with a lounge with full height window and views of the rolling hills, kitchen, bathroom with bath and in bath shower and 2 bedrooms. Decoration is modern and slightly quirky. The cottage sits within our main house gardens. We live in the countryside with 360 degree views. You can see the countryside down to the sea and Caldey Island from the cottage bedroom windows. All the main attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

Sandtops cottage is a self contained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage on one level to the rear of our family home in Penally with private terrace, hot tub, sky tv, wifi, parking and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Penally is a picture postcard village, with 2 pubs and restaurants, a railway station an hourly bus service and just a few minutes drive to Tenby or a 20 minute walk along Tenby's South Beach. We welcome well behave dogs as we have 2 of our own.

Chris lives in the village, so help is never far away if you need anything! Views of the pleasant valley. Direct access onto the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Two King size beds and two single beds. Wi-Fi included There are a few steps within the property, which may prove difficult for wheelchair users.
