Vacation rentals with a sauna in South West England

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely flat to stay in, very clean and everything there that you will need. Nice new kitchen which is well equipped. Plenty of hot water in the nice shower. Comfortable bed. Car park easy to access. Just be advised that if you choose to walk into town it’s very hilly. We did, every day, and our legs got a thorough work out. The walk is not for the faint hearted!

Gorgeous and peaceful place to stay which was an ideal location if you want to drive around Pembrokeshire and the surrounding areas. Great areas to walk and very close to Tenby. The cottage itself was ideal for the two of us. Thank you!

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect. Communication was spot on, quick and easy going. Instructions to get in couldn’t have been a smoother. The actual apartment smelt lovely and was spotless. With tea and coffee facilities. The location of the apartment was also perfect for walking to the bay, town and the Utilita Arena, which was the purpose of our visit. Can highly recommend.

What a fabulous penthouse apartment in the most perfect setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter spent in the Isle of Wight. We will miss the spacious apartment and the most peaceful view looking out across the channel. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Thank you Gayatri & Peter! What an amazing place! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean throughout and equipped with everything we needed. Complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk on arrival were much appreciated. Gayatri was very informative and responsive to messages. We made very good use of the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed complete privacy the entire time. The location is superb, very quiet but not too far from the supermarkets. We enjoyed days out to the nearby Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Wells during our short stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We're already planning a return trip. Highly recommended!

A beautiful two floor apartment with stunning sea views from both the balcony and the master bedroom– making for some spectacular photographs particularly at sunset and sunrise. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bedding and pillows made for exceptionally sound sleeping, and the blackout blinds in the master bedroom were faultless in their endeavours. All three bathrooms with Stocks with quality amenities as was the kitchen and games cupboard. Brilliant Sonos sound system and wood burning stove made staying in for a movie night the perfect way to end our trip. We wish we never had to leave. This is a truly amazing place, and we are very grateful to Sam et al for hosting us. The allocated parking close to the apartment was ideal and the little green trolleys that one can borrow to transport one’s luggage (and partner) made for a refreshing lack of repeat journeys from one’s car to the front door.

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

We spent two dreamy nights at the Crog Loft and didn’t want to leave! The space has been laid out beautifully and has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay - comfy sofas, cosy woodburner and the most comfortable bed in the world tucked away under the eaves! We had the best sleeps of our lives in it! The surrounding gardens and countryside are so beautiful & peaceful - filled with birdsong and the sound of the stream winding through the valley below. In the garden you’ll find a private hot tub and sauna all to yourselves! The hot tub takes barely any time to fill up and heat up and is the perfect way to end a day of exploring the local area. Paul and his nan Carol are the perfect hosts, and have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Paul is quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Could not recommend enough, it’s one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in and we’ll definitely be back!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Clive was so welcoming and helpful and gave lots of helpful recommendations of nearby walks and restaurants, he showed us around the lodge and demonstrated how to use all the facilities including the hot tub and sauna, there was a huge store of logs for the fire and he let us chose our own to bring inside which was a really nice touch. Thank you for everything Clive!

We had a great time in such a beautiful place. The Nordic bath is a real discovery. We were able to visit the area while enjoying this beautiful house. Our chow chow was able to enjoy the garden and nearby walks. A big thank you to Fanny for the ease of contact and accessibility. We will be back with pleasure and recommend 100%!

Very nice flat, a few minutes walk to the sea. A great location for the coast and the New Forest (10min drive away). Carl was very helpful and the flat was very clean. We had a great few days.
