Private suite vacation rentals in South Venice

I highly recommend this Air BnB. Laura was very efficient and responsive to all of my needs, yet was never intrusive. It was a cute place which checked all of my boxes. There was a five day minimum which didn’t match my revised plans. I was only able to stay four nights. But I liked the place so much, that paying for one extra night was a very small price to pay. As I arrived, I didn’t quite know what I had gotten myself into. The place is about 1/2 block away from the back of a strip mall which is on a major highway. The BnB is situated in a blue collar area and is almost sandwiched by two trailer parks. But somehow, again all odds, it is a wonderful, very peaceful, and serene setting which takes on a rural Florida vibe. It sits well off the road and has a lot of acreage. I did have a problem finding the place. The people in GPS land are not very helpful. So use the GPS to get close. Once you get to the correct road, ignore the GPS and look for the address on her white mailbox.

We had a great stay at Terrys place. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Bathroom was very clean and amazing shower! We loved using the pool and spending time in the garden. Terry had big booklets of recommendations which were super helpful and left us a lovely welcome package of food and drinks which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, very quiet but also close to the beach and everything we needed.

Wow! What a great place. Beautiful view. A few steps to the beach. Great food just a short walk away. Kris and Jim are the BEST hosts. So many thoughtful gestures that just really made this trip memorable. Very kind and helpful. I hated to leave but can’t wait to go back.

Stayed here with Valerie as our host for mine and my husband’s anniversary. Valerie was an absolutely wonderful host, very responsive and helpful! The place was very clean, cozy, and overall just a 10/10 stay combined. If we end up coming back to Sarasota we will absolutely have to book here!! 🩷

I was so thrilled to get back to this location and Maria’s airbnb. It is a perfect spot for me to be near the best beach in USA for a great price and accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful. There is a free shuttle to the beach called the Frog hop you can call ! I felt so comfortable at this place I want to call it home!!I definitely want to come back for my next stay ! Great experience staying at Jorge’s place. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Perfect for a couple or couple with young child. It was well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows and kitchen had everything we needed. Centrally located to all the beaches where you’ll find the most shark teeth.

the home was beautiful and clean. me and my family enjoyed the stay.

This place is just as described in the review we really only slept at night but it was fairly quiet considering it’s connected to the house. Overall a great stay.

We loved our stay!! It was the perfect place to stay the night after spending all day at the beach! It was only about a 5 minute drive to the beach! Very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Hosts were incredible! Highly recommend!

Deb and Steve's place was perfect for our family. The location is is perfectly situated where we hit a different beach almost everyday. It was also close to a couple of museums that we visited on some rainy afternoons. The place was cozy and very welcoming and comfortable. They were also kind enough to let us check in a bit early! I would absolutely stay here again - if they'd have me, of course 😉

Barbara goes out of her way to make sure all of your needs are met. Her communication is excellent and the BNB is very comfortable and clean and in a great location. Having sole use of the little patio and grill was the icing on the cake.

My husband and I stayed at Ludmila's apartment for five nights and it was a nice a pleasant stay. We had complete privacy and it was very quiet. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on a covered porch. A bed was comfortable with good linens. I was impressed with bathroom shower unit . I also appreciated targeted lighting. The kitchen was equipped with coffeemaker, electric cattle, hot plate. There were coffee, tea, cereal, and some other supplies for breakfast. If i was planning to cook dinner would miss the stove. But for making eggs hot plate was satisfactory. The apartment was very clean. I totally recommend it .

This was a nice little place. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood is on a quiet road. They are not far from the UTC mall and all of those amenities. Overall, a great experience! I'll check them out again if I need a place to stay in Sarasota.

Loved that everything was brand new. It is in a quiet area but only a mile or less from the Tamiami Trail main road. You can sit on the back deck and no other houses are looking at you. There is a screened in area and an area outside the screen if you want to lay out in the sun. I went to Nokomis Beach three times. It is only around 20 min to get there. Also make sure to visit Wellen Park in the evening for dinner and Sunday morning for the farmers market. The owner responded to me very quickly when I messaged him. I hope the unit is open the next time I visit!

Rob and Jodie's place is a prime location to get to the beach and near everything you could possibly need. It's clean and cozy. Perfect for one or two people and a nice fenced area for my pup.

Great little Airbnb - perfect for what we needed for a long weekend in Sarasota. The suite was spotless, easy to get to, and in a great location with excellent restaurant options within walking distance.

Ryan and I spent 5 nights at Kim's and were very comfortable. The home had everything we needed -- well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, and plenty of beach gear. It's a quick walk to the beach or to St. Armand's where there are many restaurant options. We'd love to stay here again the next time we're in the area!
