Everything was fantastic! Lisa and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. No complaints!

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

My wife and I had great stay at Christopher’s house. It was very close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! This home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. John provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions in a book on site. Communication was seamless - responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Impressed by the attention to detail. This home is very well appointed - the kitchen has everything needed for a stay at home meal, your morning coffee or just a snack in front of the giant TV. Location was great - close to Englewood and Venice, many beaches, restaurants and shops to explore as well.

The ac was set to a perfect temperature it was nice and cool when we walked in. Immediately we all felt at home even my dog. The fridge is not hooked up to a water line so I f you are like me and need ice with your drinks or drink lots of water and are picky about your water definitely bring bottled water and a bag of ice to put in the ice bucket in the freezer. Super cute clean and comfortable place. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
