We enjoyed our stay, my kids loved the pool as well as the board games they had available. A little loud with what sounds like race cars at night but other than that everything was great! Overall experience was 9/10. 😁

The house was beautiful. Very clean and cozy. Anthony and Janey are really accommodating and responsive. I would definitely book with them again.

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

We had a lovely time at Christine’s home and highly recommend it for future stays in the area. Everything was clean and organized. The location was convenient for our needs. Christine was very communicative and accommodating! You can’t go wrong with this spot.

Our stay at Reed's apartment enjoyable. Reed allowed for early check in and even came out to see if we needed anything while we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the room was clean and equipped.

I loved this house! Perfect for my travel partner and I on our business trip. Super clean, beds comfortable- nice pool to swim in. The kitchen is great- TV and living room was good. The host was super responsive and proactive with everything. Truly one of the best AirBnB’s I have stayed at. Well done.

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Loved our stay here, love that we could park inside the driveway and close the gate, house was super clean, AC was amazing!! Had everything we needed.

The picture did it no justice ,it is pristine and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms are all clean they provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels. The host was always quick to respond, even brought me warm food , she went above and beyond. My next trip I will definitely be staying here if available. I highly recommend this place it’s like a home away from home. Thank you Jeanne for your great hospitality!

The host clearly went the extra step in their preparations for their guests. We arrived to an extremely clean and welcoming home. Plenty of towels, pillows, comforters, and even slippers provided for us to have an at home feel. The beds were all VERY comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry had good resources for us to use. Showers/bath were spacious with extra large rain water shower heads/wand left you feeling refreshed and revitalized. There was more than enough space for our family of 6 and it was such a a short drive from severally different amusement parks and venues. We will definitely use this rental again!

Pris & Tom were fantastic! They were super responsive and delivered toiletries when we ran out. They responded quickly and promptly when we had any questions. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the home had so many great fun amenities. We loved the pool table and the massage chair. 100% recommend and would come again.

This place is great. There's plenty of activities in and outside the house for everyone to stay occupied. The pool is nice and deep for a good swim. The host were very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend staying here with family and friends after a hot day.

It was a great stay, perfect for my family and the my little kids. Had most basics in the kitchen and everything else. If you go and plan to cook I would bring some kitchen towels and maybe a baking pan, but that’s about it. Very put together, clean and easy to hang out and just chill.

Located in quiet neighborhood away from nosey highways but close enough for easy access. Extremely easy to locate and access. Nicole was very responsive prior to arriving and during the stay.

Jason was an outstanding Airbnb host. His attention to detail, especially in providing clear and thorough instructions, made checking in effortless and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything was tidy and exactly where it needed to be. I had everything I could possibly need to enjoy my stay, and the view was truly a bonus! If you have specific requests, just reach out to Jason before booking—he's more than willing to accommodate when possible. Honestly, I didn’t even need to contact him during my stay. Both Jason and his property had everything covered. There’s no shortage of things to do in the area—Universal is just 45 minutes away, Disney is only 30 minutes, and the list goes on. Time flew by, and I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. If you're considering booking his place—do it! I’ll definitely be staying with him again in the future. You’re going to love it. My family and I enjoyed really enjoyed our stay. The pictures posted on the app are accurate. The two bedrooms are a good size and the beds were really clean and comfortable. The home comes with a full size washer and dryer which was greatly appreciated. The host provided laundry pods, dryer sheets, and scented beads which was also greatly appreciated. The living room furniture was also clean and very comfortable as well. Yodi was a great host. She provided each guest with a pair of comfortable slippers., some toiletries to get you started. The home also comes with a very large front driveway where two SUVs can easily be parked. The private front driveway was a life saver since the street parking is non existent. Yodi provided clear and accurate instructions for the check in and check out procedures. The only negative is that the home’s only bathroom is very tiny. But outside of that I would recommend this home for adventurers in and around LA.

Our stay here was awesome the home is so beautiful, modern and clean. The beds were so comfy! Sophia was very attentive and made it so comfortable for our family weekend get away. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, we loved our stay and we will definitely be booking again.
