Extremely beautiful modern home! Loved the layout of the house! The pool was the cherry on top! Just a quick 5 minute drive to either downtown with tons of shops/restaurants or 5 mins to the beach! Will definitely be back!

This home is even better than pictured! There are thoughtful details everywhere like tea, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, makeup towels, and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers! Everything was so comfortable, clean, and welcoming and Antonio was incredibly communicative and accommodating! The fenced yard also is especially a wonderful feature especially for folks traveling with their pup! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the backyard and there is even a fire pit for cooler weather! We would highly recommend everything about our experience! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

We all had a fantastic time. It was such a blessing to have been able to get our family together in this beautiful home!. My sister and brother in law have 3 little ones it was great having everything they needed at such close proximity. Lots beach toys for the little ones and boogie boards for the older kids available to use. Great host Paola was very responsive and amazingly helpful with all of our needs. Thank you so much God bless you for opening your home for us the use!

They were very responsive when we had an issue with a window and offered to come have it fixed immediately even though it was a holiday. The location was amazing. Beach was almost empty so it was great for being able to monitor the children. The tide pools that formed were great for finding fish, crabs, and other critters. There were several sea turtle nests and one appeared during our visit. The warm outdoor shower was such a pleasant surprise and multiple hoses available to clean off sandy items. There was ample seating for our large party and we were all pretty happy with our stay!

Cozy River Retreat w/ Hot Tub and an Amazing View

Felix's place was great and looked better than the pictures. It was relaxing and secluded but still close enough (approx. 20min) from St. Augustine. Sunsets were gorgeous and the views were phenomenal. Comfortable bed which we stayed for 7 days so that is always a plus. Now about Felix because the host makes the place and Felix supercedes expectations. He added a nice touch of talking to us and explaining everything which is a first and unique. Always responsive and kind and would definitely rent from him again. 5 stars!!
