Great stay here. Extremely close to the beach which we absolutely loved! The space was small but quaint. It worked for our stay since we were only there a couple of days and out and about. Only “cons” which are hardly cons are that the neighbors can be a little nosy but they’re friendly and the bathtub/shower desperately needs a bath mat as it was very slippery. We would stay again due to the location and service.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well maintained. It’s in a great location just a short walk to the beach and also close to other beautiful beaches, stores, and restaurants. The pool was a nice bonus clean and perfect for relaxing after a day out. For the price, it was a fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place near the beach!

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Riley’s retreat was a private oasis, it exceeded our expectations! We will be recommending this property to friends and family. Everything was great from the private kitchen to the dock on the bay. This property has plenty of seating areas, an outdoor bathroom, laundry & shower. There is a very comfortable deck off of the master bedroom that was perfect for morning coffee. We appreciated the location being near Publix and a variety of bars and restaurants.

My family and I had such an amazing time staying at Lina's place! The apartment is even more beautiful than the picture suggest. It was absolutely spotless and we had such a nice time hanging in the pool as well as sitting out back and watching the boats go by. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away as well as several other dining spots. Would love to come back again soon!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

This home was very clean and in a great quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all the beach theme throughout the house. Kitchen was equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals and there are plenty of places to sit to relax. Back yard had a nice area to sit by the water to visit or read. There were plenty of linens available. Also beach chairs should you venture to the Gulf/ which is only 15 minutes to a beach access. Nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Communication with owners was easy and responses were fast. Would definitely recommend this rental.

The location was perfect, with John’s Pass & Boardwalk as well as the beach within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jada and her property highly enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The place felt like home! Very peaceful and the views were breathtaking. We will be back next summer for a longer stay!

The place was wonderful. it was very comfy. Big kitchen with lots of pans to cook in. big fridge and huge TV in all the rooms. AC is on point and works great. The yard, the water, the atmosfere is pretty awesome. Loved it

This Airbnb checked every single box and more. It was well put together with everything we needed from pots and pans to board games for the kids. The pool was amazing and the fishing in the lake out back was fire! Absolutely beautiful scenery in the back as well. Chris and Esther were very helpful during our stay. Pointers on fishing and always readily available. Chris even stopped by after confirming if that was ok with us so he could show us spots on the map to try fishing in the ocean. All and all this was an incredible experience for our first Airbnb stay. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would. The only reason why I would want to rate anything lower is to hide this gem from everyone else.

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!

Yan's property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. checking in was good, and they were readily available. the location can't be beat, with nature park and beaches close by.

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

This was one of the most accurately listed air bnb I’ve ever personally been in. I’ve stayed 1/4 mile down the beach my whole life and for a first time staying on the John’s pass side of the bon aire the only complaint I’ve got is that our time ran out so quick!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s Airbnb! Eric was extremely helpful and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Treasure Island Beach, which made it super convenient for our family. We also loved how close it was to shopping and some unique local restaurants. The place was affordable, clean, and exactly what we needed. We definitely plan to return and will be booking this exact Airbnb again!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

This condo is a gem! There was a beach umbrella, towels, foldable chairs, and even a little wagon we could use to transport everything to and from the beach. The direct beach access is great and makes going to and from the beach super convenient during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts in the morning, and the pool was very pleasant. We loved our stay!

Just like the photos! Beautiful and comfortable for our stay… Love the location, close to everywhere we wanted to go! Comfortable bed, the couch could use some updating. The pool is very warm, but a nice spot to hang out. Didn’t get to see any dolphins 😞 Overall, enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo. The host was so responsive and checked in on us during our stay via messaging. This was one of the cleanest condos I have ever rented. It had everything my family needed- umbrella, beach chairs, towels and everything to enjoy our stay. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and onsite beaches! Everything a very short walk on property. A short drive to other beaches, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a clean place to stay in a great location with a responsive host and amazing sunsets!

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!
