Right down the road from public beach access. Great surrounding restaurants walkable distance. Overall great place to stay, would recommend to any couple looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

I genuinely could not have found a better place to spend the night! The place was so cozy and beautiful, inside and out. The bed was SO comfortable! Marilyn was so sweet and kind. Next time i’m in the area, i won’t even look for another place and i’ll check to see if this is available. Could not have gone better. Thank you so much Marilyn!

You could not get any closer to John's Pass with tons of shops and restaurants. Everything was walkable, the perfect location. Beach access right across the street and the bay right in the back yard. There was beach equipment ready to use for a day by in the sand. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I have experienced in Air BNBs. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

apartment was near everything. 10 minutes to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. close to grocery stores. easy ride from the airport. and most importantly close to baycare park for phillies spring training.

Erin’s place was absolutely perfect! Located right in the heart of downtown Dunedin, we were steps away from delicious restaurants, adorable shops, beautiful parks, and so much more. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated — it truly felt like a home away from home. Parking was super convenient, it was easy to find, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days of exploring. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation! Bonus tip: I highly recommend taking Russ’ historical bike tour on your first day — it’s a fantastic way to get to know the town and uncover some hidden gems!

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! Second home stays was so helpful with check in and any questions/ anything we needed! House is so beautifully decorated with plenty of room and has everything you need- pool, hot tub, games, movie room, and more. We loved the cold plunge! The house also was stocked with coffee, sunscreen, all of the amenities we didn’t expect but were greatly appreciated. Less than 10 min from the beach and not too far from downtown St. Pete and Clearwater!

Great place and location. Lots of possibilities for day trips and some great running opportunities around the area. Great beach options very close by!

We stayed for a long weekend and this house was great! had everything we needed including laundry since my wife and I have a 17 month old. The beach gear with cooler and umbrella were perfect so we didn't have to rent at the beach. Very close to downtown Clearwater and close to the bridge over to Clearwater beach. It allowed to skip a bit of the traffic before the bridge to cut down on time in traffic. the hosts were very responsive and fixed an issue we had right away. We would stay here again!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

We had a wonderful visit to the Tampa area. The home was as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, nice to come back to after a day in the city or on the beach.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

We had a great relaxing stay at Sunset Nest. The place was clean and welcoming, so close to the beach and shops and a few restaurants too. The beach cart was a nice addition which the children loved. Eric was very responsive as soon as we had any issues. The nearby road was louder than expected but the flat was very soundproof! Only really an issue when on the balcony/in the pool. It was a lovely place to stay.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back.
