This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

We will be staying here again! As a mom of 3 toddlers/infants, this house was SUPERBLY clean and in the best location possible. Everything was walking distance and in the heart of Clearwater Beach. The beach was just steps away and the neighborhood is so beautiful and upscale. Waking up to the water view every morning was a dream. I can't wait to rent this house again!!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

We had a great stay! First and foremost, the home was extremely clean and in great condition, as well as beds super comfortable. I also loved that a lot of the products used in the house were clean/organic products. Hosts are super helpful and responsive! Answered any questions we had right away. We had our two toddlers (two and four) and the walk to the beach was a breeze! About a 5 min walk and great, very safe area with not much traffic being the house is on a dead end. So glad we found this place and would definitely return!

Just returned from 5 nights with our 11 and 16yo daughters at the Manatee property. It was wonderful. Everything was thought of and we literally needed to bring clothes and groceries. Gretchen was immediately responsive when I couldn’t unlock the door and was there any time I had a question. Super comfy beds and space for all four of us to be together (or not). Outdoor space was beautiful. The location was unbeatable. We could walk to the boardwalk for dinner and shopping or late night ice cream in five minutes. We were at the beach with everything we needed in the cart provided in under ten min walk. Perfect. If you need more there is a Publix and CVS within ten mins drive. When you first enter the neighborhood there are a few properties that look a little off but don’t let that bother you. We’re 95% sure it’s residual hurricane damage / problems and we would not hesitate to recommend it. Was a great warm getaway for this New England family and we would absolutely return!!

Super clean & beautiful place. All the furniture (inside & out) was very comfortable. While we had no problem with the walk to the beach & restaurants, it is worth noting that a family with little ones may prefer to be a little closer. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of towels and blankets. (My daughter is already asking for an ice maker like the one that is there- I think she ate her weight in ice while we were there!!) The views from the porches are so peaceful, and seeing the dolphins so close was an extra bonus. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Us 8 girls had the BEST time staying at Iriny's place for my sister's bachelorette! There were more amenities and activities than we could imagine. The place was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had some snacks and drinks upon arrival which was a welcoming and warm touch. We were excited about the giant beach towels and the beach cart to help us out on the short 5 minute walk to the beach. There's a manatee preserve within walking distance as well as the cutest coffee shop - we walked there every morning to get coffee and breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would be thrilled to come stay again!

This condo was great!! Perfect location, spaccious, comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to work remotely and relax. Can’t beat the water view. Bed was super comfy, great tv’s, spacious kitchen - felt right at home! And the team was super helpful and accomodating - highly recommend!
