Vacation rentals with a patio in South Pasadena

Full disclosure, I did not stay at his unit as ended up in another spot with friends. Awesome communication and great pricing!

Pamela was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very cozy! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the inside of it but the weather was really nice outside and we had only a couple days to enjoy the weather. I would definitely book this again if it is available the next time I am in the area!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

There is a second room that is adjacent to the common area but you still have COMPLETE privacy to your room and kitchen and bathroom. I plan on booking both rooms my next trip with my buddies cause this was just PERFECT. The outdoor common area was so cute and photogenic. Nice and private and very peaceful. No noise whatsoever.

Dave's guesthouse is a great place to stay in Tampa area. It is in a peaceful neighborhood close to the famous Clearwater beach. Dave provided us everything needed including beach gears to use! The rooms were crisp clean and beautifully decorated. We are very impressed during our two-night stay. Thanks so much for the arrangement and hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay! Description and pictures match perfectly, very clean, private, and quick response from the host. The jacuzzi was amazing. We would absolutely stay again!

This home was perfect for the 2 of us, very comfy and felt like home! Quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities. Hoping it will be available if we ever get back down to Florida!!

Audrey’s Airbnb was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in- & I’ve stayed in many! The house was the most well equipped I’ve ever stayed in, with things like laundry detergent, fabric softener, all the kitchenware & utensils you could need, bath products, some drinks, etc! The place itself was so clean and so cozy, loved hanging on the comfy couch and watching tv and hanging out in the backyard and going in the pool:) The bathroom was super cute as well. The neighborhood was super cute, and was in a great location! Only about 15 mins from DT and around 20 mins to most beaches! Audrey was an awesome host! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We stayed almost a week and the place was perfect for our needs. We would enjoy the beaches in the morning and then relax by the poolside. Communication was prompt and our requests were handled very quickly. Highly recommended and We will definitely be back next time.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

We really enjoyed our spring break vacation. The quiet neighborhood was a plus...we like to be out doing things and then come home to relax a night. The ease of getting to the beach was great...we went numerous times at different times of day. The sunset and evening activities at Pier 60 was amazing!

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Alison is a great host! Fabulous communication and excellent place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and swimming in the pool most. The bed and couch bed were comfortable. We also liked the modern lock - much better than a key! Thank you Alison!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!
