Ground floor is the garage! Three bedrooms are on the second floor, and a spiral staircase takes you to bedroom/loft #4 located on the 3rd floor. Each room has ceiling fans, and the property features central AC, 3 Smart TVs and fast internet and a private swimming pool. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
