Beautiful home, perfect location, and the house is equipped with everything you could ask for. The shower is amazing and the view out of the master bedroom is breathtaking. Not to mention the fact that when you wake up in the morning you’re gonna feel about 5 years younger. The bed is a 10/10. The only things that need improvement are probably the Smart TVs being out dated and the WiFi is slow. Either way nobody comes out to Port Isabel to watch tv so that’s probably a plus. Really wish the curtains weren’t see through down stairs but hey you never know if that’s a HOA thing. The pictures alone don’t do justice. This place is so much more beautiful than the photos of it. As soon as I opened the door I was amazed. Same goes for the pool, after dark it lights up so beautifully.

We really enjoyed our stay! We even extended our stay another night. This was an amazing experience and the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave!! Thank You so very much and when we go back we will definitely look into staying with you again!

Our second visit to Wendy condo, this condo is consist clean, peaceful, secure and the view is beautiful.

Enjoyed the beachfront location. Quiet, pool areas not busy. Beautiful sunrise from the main bedroom and living area. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. Very spacious with room for 3 couples or 2 families with single child.

William is very helpful and responsive. The condo was amazing, clean and roomy. Rooftop terrace seemed bigger than in the pictures it was great! Highly recommend.

This place was perfect! The parking was ok but worth it since the beach is literally across the street! Pool was right outside our door, sooo awesome! I definitely plan on staying here again!

Overall an amazing spot to stay and enjoy your days at SPI ! All items were included such as pots, pans, shampoo, body wash, etc. Environment was calm and peaceful, and pool was clean to get in. 5 minutes away from all your favorite restaurant’s!

Went with the family during Spring Break. Great location near the beach and layout of the home. Top floor was an amazing suite!!! Pool area was a nice space for the kids aa well.

Conchis place had a nice view of the ocean🏖 ,which is very relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped,plenty of towels, beach chairs,beach toys for kids ,beach umbrella with a cart to tow all to the beach. We had a very relaxing stay , FYI :HEB delivers. Thank you for thinking of everything. 👍

The host was very responsive leading up to and during the trip. We had a fairly large group and this house accurately met our needs. We all enjoyed our stay and made great memories in SPI! Thank you!
