This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

The views from the top floor are out of this world!

Ground floor condo 1/2 minute across the street & you are on the beach! Large 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, patio and gulf dunes view. King bedroom, 2nd bedroom has Bunk Beds with twin on top and double on bottom, washer & dryer. Dishes and linens included. Due to Covid protocols, we are not allowed to leave food items such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc., so please bring what you need. A $95 cleaning fee is charged at check-in by the manager & is above Airbnb cost. Please read house rules before booking.
